I love the shit out of my ranger jane Kelly. She usually scores a kill on her turn and she's behind enemy lines, and flanked when her turn is up so all the enemies focus fire on her and waste their turns because she has untouchable
Same thing for me. All of the characters I had from the first couple missions died, besides her... and still beats most of who I currently have.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm the bad guy. :v: [vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/zceyou.webm[/vid]

So is it possible to add lines to hacked/mind controlled enemies? I was thinking of giving the MECs the Cyborg voice from Tiberian Sun EDIT: Awwwww. Thanks anyways E3245 Anyways, Yay or nay on this flag design for the FP char pool?
Multiple Threats eliminated!
Alien sympathizers are always a potential threat.
Just had my first Avenger defence mission, and boy am I glad I gave my gunslinger AP rounds. Faceoff and that one allowing for three shots on the same target (fanfire?) were a godsend.
Ok, how about this flag?
I'd pay good money for a Jon Bailey voicepack. (The guy who does Honest Trailers and the Councilor in XCOM) Imagine! Panicky breathing into mic, but now with a heavy tenor voice! With all the soundboards people have made of various movie/videogame characters, I'm expecting a ton of sound packs to be made.
Ok, how about this flag?
The red border should be a bit thicker.
it's so awesome to see how much modding work has been done with the game in so short. I really hope more devs do this, and more devs look to PC
Working on a Freeman's Mind voice pack. I'm using the isolated voice tracks Ross was kind enough to release a few years ago. This is incredibly time consuming. I've reached episode 22 and I nearly have 400 unique voice files already. I hope there isn't a limitation on how many audio files you can use.
Where can I get this?
XCOM 2 Hotfix is Live http://steamcommunity.com/games/268500/announcements/detail/843667188501609284 17 FEBRUARY - This might fix some of the problems people have been having.
Didn't help me with performance. oh well, maybe next time.. Now that I launched game again I have this dreadful feel again - I really, really, really want to play XCOM2 because it's all new content and brand new game with similar mechanics, but I just physically can't because for some reason Firaxis has failed me at the thing I didn't even consider they would manage to screw up - optimisation. That just feels bad, because I paid for the game genuinely hoping and expecting a good stable 30FPS at any given point in game with the min specs given to us by devs, and instead it's like I'm trying to run Crysis 5.

Can I please get this for my psi-ops?
Where can I get this?
http://www.accursedfarms.com/dota-2-announcer-pack-released-links-updated/ The link to the tracks is half way through the bottom. Ross also released his DOTA 2 announcer pack that was never accepted. I might go through and add some of those lines once I release the voice pack as an update.
Can I please get this for my psi-ops?
Unless you want half guardsmen, half psyker. So no. Also for said radio filter I'm thinking one along the lines of DoW2's. Does anyone know how to replicate that? I've seen a similar filter on a youtuber's video for noise cancellation or something, so I know I could recreate it.
Alien sympathizers are always a potential threat.
There is no innocence, only lesser degrees of guilt. God I hope someone makes an WH40K Inquisitor mod for this game.

Behold! The Facepunch flag mod! Feel free to put this on ALL your FP Character pool soldiers! https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/39275059/FacepunchFlag.zip
Bluescreen is only useful on robotic enemies and those are dealt with by my two grenadiers and a specialist I bring to every mission. And there're more types of enemies who are vulnerable to Viper rounds than those who dislike Bluescreen, so what I'm doing is optimizing my loadouts. Talon rounds I give to one of my two rangers if I decide to bring two.
Bluescreen rounds are 100% the best ammo type for snipers. Poison from Viper rounds only does 1 damage per turn, which can be replaced with burning which affects more enemy types and deals 1-3 damage per turn. Bluescreen rounds do 5 flat damage to robotic enemies which ignores armour, they also ignore (and remove) shields placed by shieldbearers. You can use a gunslinger to shoot out each shield (and do damage) or you can use a sharpshooter to take out the shieldbearers and remove all the shields. Damage over time is nice but that's what acid, incendiary, and gass grenades are for.
This second playthrough sucks. All of my soldiers suck. So many missed 80-90% shots. So much panicking. So close to just restarting.

But poison lowers accuracy and movement a shitton, and fire prevents them from using abilities. They have their own perks than just damage.
I usually give my snipers AP and rangers talon rounds and past that it depends what proving grounds stuff I have available if they're not taking grapple hook armour or heavy weapons.
