Basically you got fucked by time zones. In GMT time it unlocks 1 hour before midnight of the 4th.

I want to VPN this but I can't figure out timezones for the life of me.

According to Steam that picture is a complete lie, as it says that XCOM unlocks for me on the 5th at 7AM GMT

If you don't get the Digital Deluxe version through Steam, does it not come with the soundtrack? I redeemed my two GMG keys but I don't see the soundtrack in my Steam music library.

We need an X-Files style mod, I really don't know how it'd work really, but I think it'd be cool.
