In "short", here's how the V12 is better:
- Less drag = slightly higher top speed
- One more gear, because of the way the game calculates torque curves this is normally an advantage
- A LOT more InitialDriveForce, which is mainly acceleration force and partially top speed
- Clutch speed modifier is 5.0 versus 3.0 in the LWB, meaning shifts are almost twice as fast
- Brakes are a fair bit stronger
- Traction is slightly better
- Suspension doesn't flex as much (better on-road, worse off)
- Stronger antirollbars, less body roll
The main advantage of the LWB is basically that it's a better battering ram due to the higher mass. (Mass doesn't affect handling/behaviour at all, literally only changes how well it pushes other objects)

For the funny context, I just did the Yacht safety shit as defense.
Was able to hold them all of thanks to my grinding experience in Survival.
Doing fairly good, the last minute or so someone with godmode comes onto the yacht.
An RPG from my VIP stuns him and I just fire at him with my Comabt-MG so he just stays ragdolled,
funny enough, at the last second before the times runs down, I drop into a Single-user session.
Either someone was mad or I had terrible luck.
By the way, what's the payout considering completing Yacht defense?
Do we have Hackerbux again? If so is anyone willing to throw some in my general direction but not directly at me because that would seem fishy, but if I happened to pick up money from the floor that's fine because I just stumbled upon it.

Assuming you're talking about my mod (I don't know whether there are any others like it), the problem was with the mod itself, not the way it's loaded.

Code injection via proxy DLL definitely still works ([I]at least in singleplayer[/I], I haven't tried Online, but I haven't yet heard anything about incompatibility). Dunno about [I]injecting[/I] DLLs though.

30k for everyone as long as the VIP doesn't die, VIP always gets 30k though since it's their yacht, or something. No idea on the RP number sorry.

The Mamba got such a special place at my heart.
It really goes well with the concept of riding LS during nighttime, the Stirling and the Mamba are probably my favourite cars in the game.
Anybody know if you can dock other boats to your yacht? I know it comes with two boats and two jet skis, but I'd love to have a sub always off it.

I feel like they do it so you can't pretend to be in a certain organization, but that's still bullshit. You can clearly see on the player list who is in your organization, and who isn't.

You can blow up the Supplier's plane as soon as you get to the Airport, it's literally sitting on the runway.

Los Santos Connection actually got made way easier with the Low Rider update, they removed infinitely respawning enemies and the enemy Buzzard.

update, got banned for a day or so because of the money spam, looks like the only way to safely get it is to either spawn really low amounts or spawning cars and selling them?

Yeah well they haven't changed the last gen version. I must've had to kill 50 guys plus the chopper only to not be able to catch up with the plane.
