correction: i was monitoring power percentage (whatever that means), not gpu usage

I found out a way to solve that it's the shadow quality setting it from Very high to high fixes it. probably super unoptimized models and a million lightsources.

They have the effect of the snow falling in Director mode, but doesn't stay on the ground.

I wish they'd just remove the themed outfits from all missions already. Like 90% of them have that option and everyone always keeps that shit on and almost all of the outfits that you get in those look awful and shitty and stupid. What is even the point of customizing my character and getting clothes that I like if I get forced into wearing some stupid shit whenever I play a mission?
