I do everyone in groups. If you send in your app, it will usually (unless some shit goes down) be accepted within a week of applying.
If anyone wants to play some GTA Online sometime add me on Social Club (it's the same as my FP name).
I wouldn't look too deep into hackerbucks as of right now,
been modding for months and the last update caught me with pretty stuffed pockets, so it'd probably be best to sit tight for a while.
As much as it sucks I just say stay away from getting hackerbux at this point

A GTA Co-Op mod, which works identically to Fivem and GTAMP, is out and works beautifully...
The only problem is that players lag like crazy and don't see the same NPCs as you.

What kind of a co-op mod is it if other players don't see the same NPCs? It's not co-op if each player is essentially playing their own version of the game separately.
