I have a Unitymedia box, which goes directly to my PC per LAN cable. DL speed from germany to america is about 31.03 mbps, upload 4.84 Mpbs. I have actually no idea how to check my outisde-bandwidth

My GPU is few months old, running under default clocks and with normal temperatures. It's an 300 series AMD gpu, i've heard that GTA V has problems with that series. Other games run absolutely fine for me.

Yeah, he's shitty clickbait, but that pretty much sums up 90% of the GTA Youtubers who make videos about leaks. None of them ever understand what they're looking at and will usually make a ten minute video about information that could've been given out in one sentence.
Yeah, channels like that (and unfortunately GameXplain lately) draw videos out as long as possible so they qualify for longer or unskippable ads, to generate more revenue.
Fun fact, the whole "like comment subscribe favorite share" spiel virtually everyone does now came about solely to add ten seconds to a video's runtime. Sure it slightly increases the occurrences of those things, but not by any worthwhile amount compared to the revenue earned from a longer video. It's JUST stalling.
Most GTA YouTubers are shit, TBH. I can think of a few that [I]aren't[/I] clickbaiting, content stealing scumbags, but those ones aren't the type to make videos claiming pure speculation as fact, anyway.

I had the same issue for the loooongest time. I fixed it by underglocking my GPU a small amount. It might not work for you, but you can give it a shot?

The only GTA youtuber I really watch is "Sir Weed". He can be annoying sometimes, but he's usually pretty chill and makes good glitch tutorials.
Since I'm banned, I figured I'd use the director's mode to make a shitty video.

Frame Scaling messed up the snow on my game, if you have it enabled try turning it off.
