Is there a way to permanently remove crew emblems from cars? Every time I try to remove one, it keeps reappearing.
Everything flickers when I look outside or am outside in GTA:O, so I assume the snow causes it, how do I fix it?

We do, we have the leather jackets with fur collars that VintageCat pointed out and there's also the several different types of undercoats, scarfs and also the sweaters.

This is happening to one of my cars and from googling it looks like it has been an issue for a good year or so.
The fix is to keep farting about in the mod shop, removing the emblem / repainting your car until it disappears. As soon as it does, get out of the mod shop

I tried this out, and it works for a while, but as soon as I join a new session, the emblems come right back.
could always try raising a support ticket with rockstar but probably a bad idea if you've got hacked megabux or the proceeds thereof

I've heard it's a bug with the garage space, it saves the emblem in that spot, so any vehicle parked in that space gains an emblem. Apparently you can use it to get a car with an emblem that cannot be applied at the shops. Other than that, it's detrimental.

But those are more of an exception in most people's wardrobes. What about bubble/ski jackets? Non-military snow boots with different colour variations? Sweaters, sweatshirts that I could wear UNDER those jackets and such? The given options are simply not enough and considering Online is all about being yourself in the insane world of GTA, that's quite sad.
I now have special rules regarding GTAO.
If I die from extremely blatant trainer use, I'm done for the day, and if this happens three days in a row, I'm done until the next update.

When they only have snow for like, 4 days a year, they're not going to bother putting in winter clothing. I could see them putting in more warm clothing if the Liberty City DLC turns out to be true though, because it would make more sense to have winter clothing in New York than Los Angeles.
I'm also debating whether I should do a fresh reinstall so I can experience the snow in multiplayer because I haven't been able to yet. Half my mods are broken and need to be reinstalled anyway so I might as well.

I'm almost positive that leak turned out to be fake. It would be awesome to get some singleplayer DLCs and/or some new maps to play on, but I very seriously doubt Rockstar is going to do anything aside from MP content from now until the end of the game's life.

There is something that is supposed to prove whether or not the Liberty City DLC is real this week. Nobody has any idea as to what it is though.
As for the SP DLC, it's a definite possibility considering Franklin's VA was working with Rockstar on something earlier this year. The bigger updates in GTAO have taken around a year of development time, so we might be seeing some big SP DLC sometime in 2016.
Is it just me or did rockstar raise the difficulty of hard mode? I've done The Los Santos Connection with my crew at least 100 times, but for some reason, I've been dying a lot more lately.

There's a new duplication glitch out. It's pretty complex, but once you get the initial setup out of the way, the duping part is extremely easy.
