Ye, freemode events are shitty, and nothing else came with this update, shoulda known better.
Literally all they do is bring people closer together so that they can kill each other at an even more rapid rate (king of the castle is by far the worst with shitty spawns all around)

Sometimes this game surprises me with how nice it can look, even without trying to force it.

Are people supposed to be able to enter Kill List vehicles?
I got in one, it was an attack helicopter, and nobody else was around. It said the event would start once everybody got in the vehicle, or once the timer counted down. I could see that people were on their way towards me, and I thought, "may as well go pick them up", but I couldn't actually fly yet; so I waited.
The timer hit zero just as literally everybody on the map approached me (it was a bit intimidating actually). They all got out of their cars and tried to enter the helicopter, but presumably they couldn't, because none of them did (some were even trying to jump in the open hatch). The timer was stuck on 0:00 for some time, and more people arrived. Some tried to shoot at me, as well as each other.
I was feeling really bad at this point, and tried to exit the helicopter, but I couldn't.
Just as I was seriously contemplating leaving the game, the event started, and I killed the patrols as they appeared. It gave me $20,000, and when I checked the event scoreboard, I was the only one in the event.
Well that heist.... we walked away with barely anything by the end...

Fixed most of the stuttering for me.
I don't give a shit about freemode events, the real part they should advertise is the "they removed the psychic wilderness cops" update.
IIRC the psychic wilderness cops happened because wild animals would report you to the police if they saw you commit a crime, just like in Skyrim.

Some users with high-end systems are reporting improved performance across the board at the cost of some longer load times, while mid-enders are apparently suffering even more than before in some cases, like self radio's texture draw impact becoming significantly more apparent for users with 4GB of RAM or less.

The way it's supposed to work is everyone races to the vehicle.
First person to get in the vehicle gets to do the event.
Which is kill Merryweather then you get 20k.
Just did a freemode event where the goal was to drive in reverse as far as you can without crashing. Was pretty fun, probably my favorite so far just due to how simple yet silly it was.

On 1024x768 that is but it runs.

and? i play the game on Core 2 Duo OC'd to 2.22Ghz, 4GB RAM and GTX 750ti. 24-30fps on 720p with mostly high/max settings
