Did Rockstar remove the ability to request a character appearance change? I just requested a ticket and they were apparently unable to provide a character appearance reset.

Is there any way to fix that horrible mouse control issue on GTA [B]IV[/B]? The game is seriously un-playable currently.
Basically, the game wont recognize slow mouse movements to the left and upwards, making aiming almost impossible.

I'm really not that great at support stuff and I'm assuming you're still having the issue you posted on the last page, but have you made sure your drivers are up to date? If you've done that already, it might be worth a shot verifying the content of the game on Steam if you haven't done so yet.

Yeah. Every driver is up to date. Verified the steam cache and said everything passed. I'm re downloading the game right now which is the only thing R* support even said.

Gotta say, the video Editor on PS4 really is really disappointing.
Director mode itself is very limited. You can't spawn cars, can't change specific clothes on characters, can't record yourself doing activities (like drinking whisky), cant record cutscenes etc
