Scripthook works fine along side Ragehook, so I just use Friendly Menu.

I wish there was an easy way to check what weapon is being used for stuff, you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to now. Maybe there is in ScripthookDotNet or the LUA one, but not in the original oneone.
Is there a way to check for the ammo type you're currently using? Fists and melee would probably identify as "none" or some such if there is.
That would be close enough honestly.

All interiors of the same type occupy the same physical space. When you enter an interior, you are given an ID, and anyone/anything which has a different ID is invisible to you. Other players, objects in your apartment, vehicles in your garage, etc are all given this instance ID, creating the illusion of dozens of individual interiors while actually only using a few.
However, objects it doesn't expect, like trash someone dropped in their own instance, show up for everyone. This is why you sometimes see beer bottles in your garage, for example, or if someone using a menu spawns a christmas tree in their apartment, if you have the same one, you'll see it in yours too. My guess as to what's going on in that video is that someone using a menu spawned an NPC in that animation at that location in their own apartment for a screenshot or something, and as a result it shows up in everyone else's as long as they have the same apartment.
It's a clever system, but the moments when it breaks make for some pretty creepy results.
