Set it up in update\x64\dlcpacks\*whatever it's called* and set up extratitleupdate.meta and dlclist.xml to use it if you want to play with it early.

I hate how overly 'tactical' they look
also they all feel the same. GTA V is aiming for realistic, so it's no surprise all the guns act more or less the same, personally I don't have a problem with that as long as they feel different.
Take stalker for example, you might find that fresh new F2000, but if you like your AK-74's charm you're gonna stick with the AK-74.
GTA IV's weapons weren't really great either. I guess R* just isn't all that good at making weapons

Max Payne 3's weapons were fucking all different and awesome though, I think it just isn't a very big priority for GTA.

Now this is strange... Lowrider update contains gigantic chunks of map in its files.

Do these locations look familiar at all? They could be fixes for known wallbreaches.
First one is the industrial trainyard which I can never remember the location of in LS. Second one is a very generic chunk of desert that could be from anywhere.
There are more of them if you feel like searching or speculating.

Again, more than likely they're wallbreach fixes. There's a chance they might be versions of those map chunks loaded during the new missions, also.

The rest will be similar chunks, just less recognisable because they're generic + textureless.
Those are collision data maps which probably means it's fixing wallhacks or clipping objects. They did have to change the map somewhere to add in Benny's garage though, there should be a model for that.
Wish these halloween items weren't time limited, some of those facepaints look brilliant
