it just becomes invisible until it detects your returning player dlc on serverside i think since it still shows up on the mechanic menu
I get the feeling they just changed how the CFG is formatted for one reason or another, and this is a side effect.
IE, a fix will be available soon.

The faction without any of the custom mods painted black and left looking stock is such a scary clone of the grand national, I love it but what I love more is the custom one gets an interior mod that puts [I]just beads on the chairs for 1.7k, [U]1.7k for seat beads,[/U] [B]1.7k, for some beads.[/B][/I]

That's not to say big-name custom shops won't overcharge for everything in reality.
I could've gotten a better sound system for my car (had my eye on a woofer/tweeter package as well) but the price I was quoted was about double the system's msrp BEFORE labor last I checked. And that was at a local shop, Benny's basically LS's Xzibit in terms of legacy.

It's utterly ridiculous. Stuff should not cost this much, and i even felt that fucking neon kits were overpriced.
Getting a bit tired of rockstar never listening when the community tries giving them feedback about how much stuff costs.
