I think if the stock faction was fixed and could sound as sweet and bassy as the custom faction it'd be my favourite car in the game
as it is, it's the lowrider faction because of the sound and speed, the drawback is the stancing
You know how air races are split up into planes and jets? I'd kinda like to see something similar with land races, particularly the sports, supers and motorcycles class.
For instance, sport would be divided into sport and supersport, with cars like the Elegy, 9F and Jester classified under the latter, and everything else under the former. Sports races can be just sport, just supersport, or both. Supers would be split into super and hyper, with the Turismo R, Entity, Zentorno, Osiris and T20 in the hyper category. Motorcycles would be bikes and sport bikes, separating stuff like the Akuma, Bati and Hakuchou from the lean-back bikes which just can't compete otherwise.
Splitting classes this way makes a lot more things viable depending on what the bans are, and the preferred sub-class can be set in the content creator to ensure an appropriate performance level without having to ban individual vehicles one by one.

Also some things would be moved around to different classes, like the Kuruma, Sultan and Buffalo being moved to sedans and the sedans class is split into sedans and sport sedans.
Muscle would gain a power muscle sub-class featuring the Dukes and Blackfin among others, sports classics would gain a classics sub-class which encompasses the weaker vehicles of it like the Tornado and Roosevelt, etc. Additional descriptors like this would make it a lot easier to determine the performance level of what you're looking at, which would especially help new players.

They aren't treated as lowriders unfortunately.
I think (but can't quite remember) they might have the bobbleheads, but other than that it's just LSC stuff.

I'm not sure what "sign" is for BType2, the models are just tiny squares so I think they might be liveries.

They're liveries, if you have a trainer you can spawn them in SP and take them to LS Customs.

Yesterday I was getting bullshitted on. Sometimes vendettas get really fucked up and I was taking a bounty on this one guy and left his buddy alive. For the next hour I was alternating tank / heavy sniper / osiris over and over as they'd come after me in the turret insurgent then run away when I got into a tank then come back when I left it to shoot down a hydra they used.
It was a shitfest.
As long as I'm on a heavy sniper or even a normal sniper rifle I can take down any on-foot player with ease but the insurgent turret is way too powerful even at long range.
Some random guy just dropped 200K hackerbux on me and I didn't even ask for it, he just popped out of nowhere and it started raining money. Should I worry about getting banned?

Also from what I've been told from another guy messing around with the two halloween cars, while the Lurcher is very similar to if not worse than the Buccaneer, the Franken Stange is a MASSIVE buff of the Roosevelt, "five or six seconds faster around coroners GP, if not more"

I don't mind that so much because it lets you have a three-tone interior.
yeah the three-tone interior is nice but at the same time i have to cover up the outside with a livery that i'm not particularly fond of just so i don't die of it being so bland

I used to have about 11 hours worth of music in mine but self radio is pretty buggy so I got rid of it
I already found a more or less secure menu.
After my ban (Nov 1st), if you guys create a crew session, i could try and drop hackerbux.
