Makes sense actually. Think of it as end-game content in MMORPGs. The longer you play, the more money you make. If everyone could afford everything, money would become obsolete, game boring etc.

So you have to keep playing (working for something) and make more cash. Or start hacking and get banned eventually.

I wish they added changes to the whole map for the Halloween event like they do for Christmas with the snow.

Have the map on constant night, make all light sources glow green, remove foliages from the trees to make them look dead etc.

But it doesn't make sense with how they massively lower the payout of missions you've done before
The only way to afford these new things is with heists, literally just replaying heists over and over

Rockstar might be trying to fix something. I heard a lot of people complaining about the mask shop taking money for the masks, but not giving you the masks. :v:

I've "explored " Los Santos (got the achievement) but I know there is so much I haven't seen . I've just flown over the area or something .

That achievement is bullshit honestly. I have explored all of Los Santos except a few spots along the eastern coast wilderness. There's absolutely nothing out there except rocks and trees.

EDIT: They should replace the description to "Reveal the whole map of Los Santos".
