Worth noting, that's the Type 57 standard, and the Z-Type is the 57 SC Atlantic [t]http://i.imgur.com/qhkAaXh.jpg[/t] I see this mix-up a lot, but I don't exactly fault anyone who confuses the two by name. Early Bugatti wasn't good at memorable nomenclature.
the only thing about the 57 SC Atlantic is they only made 4 of them, we can only account for 3 of them, one is made mostly from parts of the Aerolithe concept and is different from the others, one of them got hit by a train and was later rebuilt but doesn't have any original parts left, and one of them only runs when Ralph Lauren brings it to Pebble Beach besides that, the horn is the same. skip to 1:58
How did you get that baseball bat skin?.
i think it's the filter that did the job, the bat is stock and the reflections changed
That video reminded me just how much of a shame it is that the Z-type doesn't have suicide doors.
I wonder if suicide doors are even possible without changing the way the game engine handles car doors
I wonder if suicide doors are even possible without changing the way the game engine handles car doors
Entirely possible, they added uphinging doors so adding in another is just a case of new animations, RAGE doesn't exactly care how the door opens because its just firing an animation set.
Aside from making new animations and setting new deformation and anchor point values, they'd probably just need to reverse the Z axis rotation per velocity so it opens more when you move forward instead of closes.
Just played Slasher with Chains, and CHIMP_IN_A_SUIT (whoever that is). Not a big fan of the first person mode. It's hard enough navigating through the dark in third person.

Makes it harder for the slasher.
and no peeking from cover
Honestly that's the best part of first person in that mode. In order to see if someone's in the room, you have to peek out of over and expose yourself, which could get you killed.
Honestly, Slasher should be locked to First Person. Third person just isn't the same.
I just don't like first person mode with a controller. I'm sure it's more enjoyable with a mouse. [editline]31st October 2015[/editline]
Honestly, Slasher should be locked to First Person. It's still pitch black and impossible to see shit unless you use a flashlight in both first and third person.
It helps build tension, is what we both mean. There's no way to look at someone without them also being able to see you, so you'll be peering over a counter and suddenly the slasher shows up, and you're like "Oh god no, did he see me? I think he saw me... YEAH HE SAW ME, FUUUUUCK" The semi-omniscience third person provides kills that a little bit, and it just feels like a lopsided deathmatch in the dark.
As promised, here's the Porsche 993 Carrera for you guys. I love Slasher personally, playing with 8 people locked to first person is essentially one big hide and seek followed by a gunfight And you get a bunch of money for doing it too, made like $60k in one session the other day
Well that's a huge punch to my gut, I stopped playing months ago, and had a single warning over my money, and had it stay, I reinstalled now and have $20k. That's it. They didn't touch me for months, but I go away and my money is gone. That really kills my enthusiasm.
Why no chainsaw? That'd been the best.
To be honest, I love the machete more than I would a chainsaw.
Haven't seen this mentioned, but apparently if you're using a controller, it vibrates when the slasher is nearby, and as he gets closer, it vibrates more violently.
To be honest, I love the machete more than I would a chainsaw.
Yea, but a revving chainsaw would scare the shit out of people.
Haven't seen this mentioned, but apparently if you're using a controller, it vibrates when the slasher is nearby, and as he gets closer, it vibrates more violently.
mine doesn't
Your controller needs to be Xinput type, specifically an XBO-equivalent with variable rumble, for that to work. Due to the very specific requirements, this could be seen as an unfair advantage on PC.
mine doesn't
Is your vibration turned off?
Is your vibration turned off?
no [editline]31st October 2015[/editline]
Your controller needs to be Xinput type, specifically an XBO-equivalent with variable rumble, for that to work.
I'm using a PS3 controller that's emulating an xbox controller.
Well that explains it It's a miracle that even works in the first place
Well that explains it It's a miracle that even works in the first place
To be fair, the way that he's doing it is a million times better than using a really sketchy program. It works perfectly fine, no idea why it is causing issues.
Until Rockstar lets us record and change the camera angle in first person i'll stick to third person for everything I do. Though to be fair my use is a unique one where If I am recording there's a 90% chance I will use what I recorded, with the intention of changing the angles n whatnot.
Was getting chased in my Franken by like four people because I had a bounty, two were in an attack chopper and there were explosions everywhere. And then my playlist decided to put on the perfect accompanying track. Really mad at myself for not saving the shadowplay recording, one of my favorite GTAO moments yet.

I remember the one of the first times I heard that song, one of the suggested videos was this really fucked up animated video about an African boy and I think a Squirrel trying to one-up each other in ridiculously violent ways. It seems to have been erased off the face of the internet though. From what I remember, the first was the boy climbs into an Army Jeep and the animal pushes it off a cliff, then the boy splats the animal with a machine gun. I forget the middle but later the boy is riding a rocket and the animal bats him in the head and splits it in half, but the rocket hits the animal and drags him along, then they both get vaporized by a "anti-nuclear" satellite laser beam, then the bomb explodes. It was fucking weird, the weirdest music video I've ever seen. I tried to find it to show it off in response to Turn Down For What because that's the second weirdest video I've ever seen, but it looks to be gone forever. I still think of it when I hear the song though.
