The only joker that gets my seal of approval is one guy I remember seeing, who not only nailed the outfit, they had a green and purple lowrider chino with the second halloween loop (the one that sounds vaguely circus-ey)
Looked like something you'd actually see in one of the older movies or cartoons
Didn't a joker actually win something in that one halloween contest?
I'm not so sure but i saw a Joker appear on Rockstar's twitter
Oh I forgot to post this screen last night of me having a lot of fun in KOTH

Flame on Ghosrider you rebel!
KOTH is fun until a high level shows up with rockets and miniguns
It's a shame you can only carry 5 proximity mines, they're actually quite useful.
Uh oh. Take Two is cracking down.
And again, to set the record straight, [U]these are Take Two's actions, and despite being Rockstar's parent corporation and publisher, Rockstar itself does not appear to be involved.
The developers of GTA:MP say that Rockstar had actually offered feedback on the mod, and that the cease-and-desist request comes from GTAV's publisher, Take-Two.
More and more this is starting to look like a puppeteer job, T2 having previously been manipulating Rockstar in the hopes of keeping their own name out of the conflict. It seems now they've grown impatient and are just calling in the goons themselves.
We may have been hating the wrong people all along.
This is getting ridiculous. Just let people host their own servers and use whatever mods they want.
No need to be such asshole about it. Gosh I hate companies that make everything in order to stop people modding their precious game, heck other companies even pay for people to make mods for their games (mod contests etc.).
Ever since GTA Online introduced Shark Cards, I knew PC players were going to run into a lot of issues with modding.

That would explain all of the miscommunication and inconsistency/unfixed changes - executive meddling. They probably only know "mods = pirates = DESTROY" from all their other published titles without any modding communities.
Is it me or is there a new bug with motorcycles, where sometimes if you crash you get launched at high speed?
Also they should probably hotfix helicopters, surely they know the controls are fucked up?
Is it me or is there a new bug with motorcycles, where sometimes if you crash you get launched at high speed?
That's been a problem for a while, and it's really annoying. One time, I was going about 15 mph, and I crashed and flew a mile away from my bike. By the time I got back on, my character had already taken their helmet off :v:
That's the second company who's higher up company is starting to ruin things
Is this some kind of new trend i haven't heard about? :v:

This type of stuff has been incredibly common forever.
Higher-up companies call all the shots. At least 80% of developers don't care about mods, trademarks or even piracy, they just want to make games. The higher-up owners, however, can tell them that they need to do X, Y or Z even if the game dev doesn't really care.
I don't understand how people are so surprised by this.
I've been hearing a lot of people still really upset at Rockstar, because "if they weren't at fault, they'd have come forward and told us the truth by now."
Haha... Hahaha... They'd get defunded and disbanded in a week. Corporate whistleblowing never, EVER ends without at least someone losing their job.

Rockstar getting defunded and disbanded in a week? I get that corporate whistleblowing is unrealistic but one of the biggest sandbox game developers known out there whose games have made billions is not gonna get defunded or disbanded in a week, either.
T2 owns them completely. If they were to feel Rockstar is becoming insubordinate, they very easily could and likely would lay off anyone involved in the incident, replace them with toadies and take a stranglehold on it as a studio by either limiting its negotiative rights (meaning they have much less autonomy) or absorbing it altogether, leaving it as Rockstar in name only.
It's easy to think Rockstar has enough money to avoid being hurt too badly by this, but... It's not really their money. It's money re-allocated to them from their own profits by T2, and if they want to limit that based on how much of a risk they believe the studio has become, they will.
[editline]t[/editline]
What I'm saying is, T2 could decide "You guys have become too great a liability. We're taking your best devs, appropriating your IP and producing GTA ourselves from now on." and that would be that, so of course they're keeping their mouths shut and doing as they're told so they can continue existing.
Do we know when that next update that's been leaked is coming? I ended up selling my Voodoo Custom and I'm anxiously awaiting the addition of the Tampa so I can mod it to hell and back.
I'd assume maybe after the Halloween Event stuff passes
So on a side note, I got a new GPU. So I can continue my fedora adventures in higher graphics :v

Probably once the music video contests ends

You'd be surprised. Being a great, big or distinguished game developer isn't going to protect them.
Look what happened to Kojima Productions, Ensemble Studios, Maxis, Bullfrog, Westwood... one slip up can destroy a huge game dev.
Oh god, Maxis Emeryville is probably the most painful example of that.
It wasn't even over anything significant, EA just didn't want to pay their rent anymore.
Is anyone else having connectivity issues Online? I keep getting "Saving failed could not connect to rockstar game services" and I don't want that to ruin what little progress I make.
Just for fun I found, insured and personalized a BF Surfer, and took it to a spontaneous car show. Stuck out like a sore thumb among all the lowriders, everyone was standing on it or getting pictures of it.
Then they decided to roll out to another location... And I wound up totally losing the group because I couldn't even get to 60. It's moments like that where you start to really appreciate the faster things in life :v:
Had a shot at re-creating the music video for Heart In The Pipes. Discovered it on Mirror Park and I absolutely love it. Just had to do something with it.

The other day when things with my friends were winding down, I went on a cruise so far that I couldn't see the land anymore. Took awhile, was just chatting with friends while W'ing away from Los Santos in a Marquis, but I got there.

A few seconds after I took the picture, the boat despawned right out from under me. I left the game because fuck being in the middle of the ocean like that, and fuck even thinking about swimming back.

You could have joined a new session, or if not just call Merryweather's boat pick-up. Or just drowned on purpose.
I like the shirt you get today for logging on. Just wish it was on a black/gray tee instead of white.

Yesterday's is on the left, which I think looks fine on white, but today's (middle) and tomorrow's (right) would look better on black or gray, IMO.
Hell, it'd be nice if we could put t-shirt logos on any color we want.
