Man, I'm bumbed max payne 3's modding scene didn't pick up after gta v came out on pc.
Got this game recently when it went on sale on steam, when i pause my game in single player, i hear a slight buzzing noise. I couldn't find anything with a google, so im asking here. Anyone experience the same and know a fix? Or will i just have to deal with it? Its not so bad...

How did you remove the wing? Every aircraft instantly explodes when I do that, whether I'm in it or not.

In fact I think in Online, aircraft explode as soon as they lose a part. I've never seen an Airplane lose a wing or a Helicopter lose a tail in Online.
Usually you have to be going at a fairly low speed and clip the wing right at the very edge. I've lost wings, rudders, landing gear, all that while learning how to fly in online.

Really because I had a demolition derby in helicopters with my friend once, and neither of our tails came off despite repeated strikes at them. It was a Maverick vs a Frogger, was pretty funny actually, but unlike GTAIV, the tails didn't fly off.

I'd advise you to just get a normal Dubsta, you can make it look almost identical to the Dubsta 2, and it has superior handling. But if you must be special, I can try to get you one.
Just keep in mind that it's stupidly time consuming, it took 40 minutes to get mine.

I just flew my wing right into a pole/lamp and it came off.

Slid down a mountain, maybe?
The longest fall possible is ~55 under normal circumstances, if you have a helmet, are level 100+ (for max HP), and land on dirt. And get really lucky with the angle you land at.
It counts your fall from contact to contact, so if you roll down a mountain you'll be getting a bunch of very low scores rather than one really high one. So yeah that guy's cheating.

Why do you think the map shows you all the available helis and planes around you during that event ? Did it a few times already. Just reach the top of the sky and open your parachute right before landing.

That's the "longest fall before pulling a parachute" one. This one's different.
Air vehicles are available for all of the ones which involve falling, but using a parachute at any point in that one disqualifies your score.
