Damn it, account locked ,too many sign in attempts.. I can still login on the RGSC site?
i'll host the event tomorrow starting at 8PM GMT+0, and the theme is based around dirt bikes and motocross, so bring your favourite dirt bike and helmet. on another note, i've been listening to the deathmatch themes lately and i completely forgot how good they were. they're nice to listen to as background music.
I wish they would add more background music to the editor. I've heard the "mission music" so many times over the years, that it's just boring to use.

hosting a crew event based around motorbikes right now, add me on social club or find my name through the crews list in-game to get an invite. http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/member/schlinky

So Rockstar isn't trying to combat single player modding anymore, right? I was thinking about grabbing a story complete save considering I really don't wanna play through the campaign of GTAV from start to finish for the fifth time and modding the shit out of the game, but I wanted to double check first.
i still don't like how modders have the power to crash your game and what happened to all the ban waves? there hasn't been one in ages! at this point i honestly don't care if they have to break singleplayer modding to stop online modders

There will probably be another ban wave next month when they release the next update to the game. It'd be really nice if they implemented an anti-cheat that didn't suck ass though. Public sessions are usually unplayable for me with all the shit that goes on now.
You know what I really miss with GTAV and is often the case with games like it? I miss the magic from watching those first trailers. The energy and excitement everyone had for a game that looked astonishing at the time. Even after the game came out that was still a big thing, getting to see how the characters and story played out, all the insane stuff that would go on, exploring the world and finding all the little things. Now, its hard to really get in to it. I haven't played it since Halloween, and only for a brief period then. I suppose some other games like it have the same problem. Fallout 4 was exciting but already the magic is wearing off. And at this point I'm not even sure what the next game like them is going to be, the next one that sets the entire gaming community on fire like that. At this point, thinking about GTA serves as a reminder that the magic is gone.
I hope rockstar just learns to ban you from public servers instead of banning you from private ones with your friend or crew. When the first ban wave came it sort of sucked I couldn't do anything online and not even play with friends on private. Plus I only used my mods with friends only servers.
With the online part of GTA completely ruined by modders, I wonder how the mod creators feels about it. Their tools pretty much make them responsible for destroying the online portion of the game.
the mod creators aren't responsible for what people make using their tools.
I honestly had no idea you could do this on the 360/PS3 versions of GTAV. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that eventually Rockstar would do something to patch in North Yankton as a small mission area for GTA Online, like so you could make races or deathmatches in the small area that is there. It's probably too small to really be worth it though. Hell, I'm just really excited for snow to cover Los Santos again
I don't claim to know the ins and outs of the GTA modding community, but surely someone made and released the injectors and the tools to create them. How could they not be responsible?
Because they didn't make them for the purpose of ruining the online?
I don't claim to know the ins and outs of the GTA modding community, but surely someone made and released the injectors and the tools to create them. How could they not be responsible?
The Injectors are just DLL Injectors, the mods themselves just call the hashes instead of running the call through ScriptHook. It's no one's fault but the people actually making the mods for the purpose of being an asshole and letting people be assholes.
I just want an online version of director mode where I can use mods with other players like those animation mods and not get banned.
me and Schlinky went rozzers for a while
I don't claim to know the ins and outs of the GTA modding community, but surely someone made and released the injectors and the tools to create them. How could they not be responsible?
because they aren't the ones who created the mods used to grief GTA online. it's like saying if i let my friend borrow my car and he went and robbed a bank without me knowing, would i be responsible for him robbing that bank? and i don't know the ins and outs of the GTA modding community either but it's basic logic that because somebody created a tool, doesn't mean they're responsible for what's made with it.

The trailer for gta 5 was released almost ( exactly ) 3 years after GTA IV's release. So since GTA V was released at the end of 2013 we might see a GTA-next trailer exactly one year from now, at the end of 2016.
at this point i honestly don't care if they have to break singleplayer modding to stop online modders
yeah well speak for yourself` SP mods are the only reason I play the game nowadays
need some feedback, does this image look like a typical clickbait thumbnail for those ironic gta youtuber videos? [t]http://i.imgur.com/e7LZh9Z.jpg[/t]
