I've been wondering if Organizations require you to be in the same clan to join.
Probably just so it's easier for Rockstar to keep track of. Unless they want it to act like posses did in RDR.
I'm gonna start an organisation as soon as the patch drops which seems to be at 12:00 tomorrow.

From the news post about the new update it said VIP's are part of an organization. So you most likely, make the organization for whatever it costs then you get access to new clothes.
