Also no racing game presence whatsoever. Very strange when GT Sport is on the way and it's the first E3 since Evolution Studios closed. Dunno what Sony was doing this year.

Dead Rising takes a completely different approach to huge hoardes though. This game seems to make them much more intimidating and an actual threat while Dead Rising makes them into something you just run through with a chainsaw.

Now that I have had time to take it all in I think the Crash Collection Remaster thing is the best thing they could have possibly done with the series without tarnishing the old games and its heritage. (Unless they butcher them)

Probably the best conference thus far, which some more titles had more clips. I dunno only real complaint was that the GoW build up was a little longer than I would have liked
Sony is definitely #1 for E3 currently. Sucks that we didn't get any Kingdom Hearts from Sony and Square Enix isn't doing a conference afaik.
They just kept showing game after game, and most of them looked pretty fun to play. I'm definitely getting a PS4 over an xbone.
Now to wait for Nintendo and show us some paper mario, pokemon, zelda, and hopefully some surprise reveals (pikmin 4, luigi's mansion)

I liked it, it was a pretty good way to make a non threatening enemy dangerous. I doubt its going to be just fighting hordes, probably going to mix it up with some uncharted/last of us style shootouts
I guess it scratches the itch of people who didn't like the slower gameplay of the Last of Us but liked the idea behind it.

The only mechanic that I found interesting was how the environment reacted to the weight of the horde. Other than that I found it pretty unrevealing. We'll see when more footage and gameplay comes out.

GT Sport has had it's own reveal already, and two trailers.
There was no need to show more of it.
I don't understand why the lack of car games somehow makes you think their conference was worth nothing, when it really went above all the other conferences by a landslide.

I'm kind of worried that they used the word "remaster" for Crash 1-3 instead of remake. If it just turns out to be HD ports instead of real remakes I'm gonna be more than a little pissed.
Kingdom Hearts didn't even get a mention.
Yet Crash being in Skylanders was a big enough deal to show a trailer for.

I know it was 95% games, I appreciate the fact that they went totally bullshit-free and the live soundtrack stuff was amazing, but the fact of the matter is that for me there was just nothing interesting, not even just as a racing game fan.
The way they presented it was 11/10 but the contents just weren't for me. But that's the beauty of games, I just won't buy anything I don't care about, all I've lost is an hour of my time which is nothing.

Fair enough.
Kingdom Hearts 3 info is this winter, after 2.8 releases. And apparently Nomura stated at some point that FFVIIR would get more info after World of Final Fantasy releases, so we can probably assume FFVIIR info around the same time as KH3's.
