Earlier today, she said that she thinks it's right about time to consider picking up an Xbone. When I asked her just now what she'd rather get, she said "Both."

Kojima has excellent taste in music, introducing a lot of people (including me!) to some great tracks/groups.
Excited for a good 75% of the content shown at the PS4 conference. Also in terms of presentation it blew xbox out of the water.

They're focused on having [b]you[/b]r ass buy the same console three times, that's for sure.
Though to be serious, I do agree that Microsoft's conference this year was far better than it has been these last three (or so) years. A lot fucking better. I'd argue that Sony still runs away with it because of the amount of gameplay, time spent on games and not hardware, and the reveals were far more thrilling than Microsoft's were (though this reason is subjective).

Not Last of the god of war where it takes a game all about spectacle fighting and far zoomed out cameras and turns it into single enemy combat/dodging with a shoulder cam , Ride to hell retribution 2 with zombies and a horribly generic plot , and VR tech demos that will probably cost tons o money.
Horizon is cool and Kojima is :ok:. thats bout it.

Microsoft has been pretty solid since that disaster and Phil Spencer became head of xbox. They really need some fresh new IP's and mix it up a little though. GoW and Halo have run there course as far as hype goes

Yeah, imo, if the Crash remasters sell well, there will probably be more games. It's kinda sad they said the remaster announcements in 30 seconds and inmediately switched to Skylanders, which no one honestly cares. Also, I'm sad there was no Red Dead.

Saying god of war is ~all about far zoomed out cameras~ is being kinda dramatic if you ask me. Also, the combat is a change of formula but it isn't really a bad change of formula but that's just really my opinion. I like how visceral it is.

You could say the same thing with PS4 NEO. And I haven't bought an Xbone [i]or[/i] a PS4 yet, so if I buy either, I'm buying it [i]once.[/i] So far, I'm Wii U/PC.
Now. Here's a question me and my sister were discussion: what generation are we in?
Are we still in Gen8? PS4N could be Gen8.5 like the n3DS is, but at the same time NX is an outright new system, which would imply Gen9. Scorpio could be either - Microsoft outright used the term "consoles beyond generations", so I dunno.
I mean, what [i]is[/i] Scorpio? We know it can play all Xbone games, but Wii U could play all Wii games. Are there going to be games [i]only[/i] for Scorpio, and if so, are they Xbone games (like how a n3DS game is still a "3DS game") or Scorpio games at that point (a.k.a. a Wii U game, not a Wii game)? How much more powerful do we need to be - and how many games would need to be Scorpio-only - to pass that threshold?
