I can't wait for the equivalent "any mod any weapon" mod but for robot parts, gonna put a giant sentry bot gun on the tiniest eyebot possible.
From the looks of things you already can do dumb stuff like that, there was a massive sentry bot torso mounted on a tiny mister handy propulsion system having a punch up with a protectron dressed as a black metal knight in the trailer.
I love the deathtrap (Borderlands 2) looking bot. Using Mr. Handy/Gutsy thruster but with a torso top.
The skull helmets complete the fully-bff-speced death-trap look.
Speaking of borderlands I might have to try and build loader-bot.

Oh god, when I was thinking about mod parts I would like modders to add, I hadn't really thought very far ahead as to what, but Loader Bot parts just shot to the top of my list, especially after TftB

God willing modders will let you play as a synth with super abilities. We must become perfect, immortal machines.
Makes me wonder if synth parts will be compatible with the robot system.
Also, the robots with the Mr. Handy eyes for heads are the best.

i always thought this would be a better ending song for breaking bad.
baby blue was good and all, but imo the lyrics to my way work way better with the show.

Looking at the Mechanist suit, it almost looks like piecemeal armor over a new under suit. Man I hope so.

Considering Fallout 4 modding is still in it's infancy we won't be getting anything like STEP for a while after even the Creation Kit comes out, we've got a small suggested mod list in the op but that's it.

Heads up this contains story spoilers as well as gameplay.
The new [sp] power armor [/sp] looks kinda lazy imo [sp] it's exactly the same with some emitters stuck on here and there. considering all the mental robot designs we are seeing, I was hoping for something a bit more out there [/sp]

If not (for whatever reason) I'm sure that's something even pre-GECK mods can fix.
It'd be cool if there were personality cores you could pick up throughout the game. I'd like to find one that is a salty aussie.

When you disintegrate bad-guys you will sometimes briefly see their skeletons as they burn away, this happens when the skeleton effect is applied but the npc fails to ash/goo-pile for whatever reason. Happens mostly when you dismember someone with a energy weapon critical hit so it may have something to do with that.
