I don't think they're considering wasteland workshop to be a huge dlc, more of a "hey we made this" thing, like hearthfire for skyrim.
it's still the second DLC tho ain't it
It is, but i think it's like horse armor dlc, as in just a shits n gigs thing
Harbor comes out next month anyway, so we'll get it before then
I'm away end of April for 16 days :(
and despite the bullshit with their bonus Obsidian did too.
i don't disagree with the rest of your post but Obsidian really didn't came out of the deal with a lot of money. In fact they had to fire a good portion of the staff right after and accept help for PoE and do some stupid easy cashgrabbing stuff like that tank game.
My main complaint about the settlement system is that the game kind of traps you into doing it on your first playthrough because the minutemen are right in the way. On subsequent runs however it's really easy to just ignore it entirely, and you still have access to the full settlement mechanics without ever talking to Preston.
Once it's in place, it becomes very obvious that you don't actually have to bother with it that much however if you don't want to. Settlements are virtually never attacked if you build them more defenses than they have food or water, so you can just arm the already inhabited settlements and never build/activate radio towers in empty ones if you want to use them for yourself and not have to worry about food/happiness/water.
Besides, there isn't any actual downside to leaving the settlements starving and unhappy other that affects any other gameplay aspect than settlements. You can't get booted out of the minutemen for being a shit general, you can't have mutinies or anything that would be a problem, you'd just lose food and water occasionally and be bothered by some notifications here and there.
Yes and no, you're forced into it on your first playthrough if you don't have the luck of wandering out of the northwest corner of the map any way but through Concord, but settlements do get attacked even when their defenses are high. You just don't get notifications for it, and attacks pass by without your notice until one finally damages enough of your defenses to warrant a notification.
The rest is true though.
I'm starting to hate the super mutants in Fallout 3
They eat bullets like it's nobody's business, can bring down my health extremely quickly and are extremely aware of their surroundings

Need Rex's limbs slapped onto him and maybe a less-silly brain cage.

ew, no
looks like it's from five nights at freddies
Power Armor and base aren't too bad but fuck the others.
Way too cartoony imo
Wonder how hard it would be to rig Preston's model to fit the Dogmeat animations
What's this big-ass update for Fallout on PS4 I just downloaded this week? It's not showing up under new updates.
why the hell does that robodog have suiseiseki eyes

Oh man really? I assumed they would have at least made a significant enough profit, the fact the studio that did all the work made the least money makes me mad as fuck tbh.
So I suppose ill amend my point and say that they aren't really in a position financially to turn down making another fallout game.

This one looks a little too "nexus" for my tastes, but it did get me thinking, dog synths would be pretty cool and not out of character for the Institute. In fact I'm kinda surprised they didn't.
Is there a mod that removes the voice acting completely?
While I do appreciate the effort that was put into it, I think it took the immersion away that I had while playing Skyrim.

Read description though as there's a few alternatives if this doesn't work too good.

Given that it's not even a Cyborg, it's definitely not what you'd like.
Why does the whole world shake when you shoot a Yao Guai in the head?
Why does the whole world shake when you shoot a Yao Guai in the head?
I was using a Submachine Gun on a Yao Guai and caused a 10.5 earthquake
no doubt they're bugged because when you shoot them that's all they do is stumble

"Piper Fucks Me Over by Engaging Dialogue While I'm Crafting", A Trilogy by me

So here's what happened: I skipped the whole spiel between McDonough and Piper because I didn't care at all. So I went to the power armor station to repair my t-45 pieces and while I'm doing that Piper comes in to the cell and says "Why don't we ask the newcomer, do you support the news?" = First screenshot.
As the animation plays where I get up from the station the game still thinks i'm over by piper and unloads the rest of the cell (that or the camera went behind the wall) = second screenshot.
Then the camera repeatedly drops to the floor and there's absolutely no way to fix that so I had no choice but to reload a save. = third screenshot.
This is what I'm scared of for revamped survival. The last bed would've been miles away from Diamond City.

And this is all because Piper talked to me while I was crafting.
if you wanna skip the piper scene what you do is grab a shotgun that can down her in one hit and blast her in the face with it. the gate will open and as long as she went down in one hit then nobody will be mad at you.
Just checking, is the next DLC going to screw things like HomeMaker and Settlement Keywords over?

Having the camera pull this shit, you might be able to fix it by selecting a ranged weapon and drawing it, it usually resets the camera back to normal because of your character aiming with it when it's first drawn.
