I got a response from gstaff, seems they are having traffic issue and are investigating it.
i hope that doesn't deter them from accepting more people.
i really wanna try the CK on fallout 4.
Welp, got a code, website says it's invalid.
Is this because of the traffic issues mentioned above or is this just Bethesda being Bethesda?
It's downloading now.
Oh boy we are going to be getting some good mods in the upcoming weeks.
And now I can't sign in to the launcher client. Ugh, I think I am just gonna head to bed and wait for it to blow over.
Edit: Scratch that, we're in!
Ohhhhhhhh boy :excited:

Was this something found in the game or is it that /vg/ user who is obsessed with making trains in Fallout?
That Nuka Gear mod got released.
i hope most of them are proper modders.. i would have liked if each people had to put a proof that they are good modders with good idea..
When the survival beta first came out, I had the idea to replace the "save when you sleep" system with a save point system (craftable at any settlement, can also be found at the end of longer dungeons and certain "safe" places around the Commonwealth that don't spawn enemies). It wouldn't be lore-friendly, but sometimes, "fun" has to take precedence over "lore".
Outside of that, I'm also going to port that radio station I made for NV over, since I promised I'd do that.
What mods will be on Bethesda.net? That whole achievements disabled thing is too vague to enforce especially if you're just installing weapon retextures or something.

If you do please make it a typewriter with ink ribbons. :v: I would love you forever.

According to the poster, loading mods from just downloading manually still work.
but save files are flagged if they use mods, so they'll probably be disabled when not using the beth.net

Another one from /fog/. Looks like custom animations should be easy

Trainwiz says there is no native support for holsters
The thing is, I'm pretty sure guns do holster in the game, they just turn invisible.
If you have a mod that adds a flash light, like the Deagle mod, if you holster it while its turned on you can see the light shining down from your hip.
I'm going to be so pissed if using mods at all disables achievements. It's a fucking single player game, and I don't play Bethesda games without mods.
Achievements are meant to be a challenge, if someone makes a mod where it makes you a god that one shots anything, why should they be rewarded?
Achievements are meant to be a challenge, if someone makes a mod where it makes you a god that one shots anything, why should they be rewarded?
But what about essential bugfix mods though.
[editline]9th April 2016[/editline]
It's a really shitty thing, specially for people who already have modded saves (like me and 90% of this thread). If they want to get cheevos for far harbor/ww they have to disable them, which will most likely fuck up the entire save.
Achievements are meant to be a challenge, if someone makes a mod where it makes you a god that one shots anything, why should they be rewarded?
Achievements do absolutely nothing so there is no reason to arbitrarily lock them off because you use mods or some dumb shit. It pisses me off as much as achievements being locked behind ironman mode in Paradox games and games that don't unlock achievements when you're in offline mode.
[editline]9th April 2016[/editline]
Like if people want to chest themselves out of a challenge so fucking what? there is no reason to lock them out like that.

It's nice to finally get a shot of that menu in the Creation Kit. I thought for a while that Bethesda had made it a lot easier this time around to add custom animations from what I saw in FO4Edit, but it's so hard to look at that record in there that it was hard to have any definite idea about it.

Is that Chesko's Campfire mod he said he would port?
Achievements are meant to be a challenge, if someone makes a mod where it makes you a god that one shots anything, why should they be rewarded?
the achievements for bethesda games are hardly challenging, dude. most of them are just quest completions.
I'm around level 10-11 in Fallout 3 and have yet to enlist the help of a companion
There is that Ghoul inside the Ninth Circle, but his owner laughs at my offers and wants me to kill a NPC, something I'd consider ... distasteful
Beware, the first mods ever made on the CK released on the nexus !
