When you disintegrate bad-guys you will sometimes briefly see their skeletons as they burn away, this happens when the skeleton effect is applied but the npc fails to ash/goo-pile for whatever reason. Happens mostly when you dismember someone with a energy weapon critical hit so it may have something to do with that.[/QUOTE]

For some reason I've only ever seen the version without Harrison fords narration, but damn did I get some strong Nick Valentine vibes from him, still it's sad that That Gun was not Nick's personal special institute gun, it could have been a one-off that they used to make before they switched to lasers even

I was trying to make a pun based on how Bethesda loves to have "zany" sounding names.
Auto matron would fit them well.

I'm playing with a cheat mod that makes leveling five times faster and armorsmith extended.

It honestly feels more like I'm cheating with armorsmith extended than with the xp mod. You can become nearly invulnerable because you can stack some specific bonuses that were not meant to be stacked on already strong outfits that were not meant to get any additional armor.

There's a decent "That Gun" mod already. Just get it and give it to Nick.
By the way, the narrated Blade Runner version is the cinematic release, and is pretty rare ever since the first director cut was released. It also has a different "happy" ending, and less hints that Deckard may be a replicant.

I actually kind of like the cinematic release. The narration makes it more film noir, and adds a little more insight into what's going on that is missing from later versions. Just think of it as a different movie.

One thing that I'm starting to like a lot about New Vegas is how I'm spending my time mostly talking to people, convincing or intimidating them as the need arises and doing works for various NPCs while trying to stay a neutral party. I've done little combat at this point

I mean, the second DLC is all about capturing shit from the wasteland and making it fight other shit in a player built arena, so that'll definitely happen as a mod for one or both of them if it's somehow not a vanilla feature of the two.
