Could anyone help me? My goddamn game is having this UI bug again and I literally for the life of me cannot figure out why it's doing it. It's on like, nearly everything in-game too for the UI, makes playing horrible. I've tried changing resolution, disabling all mods, reinstalling the entire goddamn game, and it's still doing this shit, I don't even know how I fixed it the first time, it just stopped doing it for some reason.
I know you've reinstalled, but have you removed any .ini files like Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Perfs.ini?

Nothing can talk against this fact. Headcanon like "He just found the recipe somewhere and claimed he created it." can't be true. [url]http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Jet[/url] Slaves were used to EXPERIMENT Jet, meaning it couldnt have been prewar in working-condition and ready to inhale without consequence. The fact that slaves was used makes it very darker.. i don't know how i feel about it, it's pretty impressive but again, it show that there are no laws and order in california. It show the more "Scientific" part of fallout, showing that evolution is still possible after the war (Prydwen is one example; the prydwen has been created after the war. It's a big revolution compared to the ground vehicle/vertibird.) but in a bad ways. That remind me, that brahmin shit used on jet, are probably just only in brahmin and not present on the pre-war cow, because brahmin shit is actually radioactive (even their fart are radioactive!) so it has changed something in the fact that it's just "shit".

I don't have any knowledge of my own to back this up though.

My character practically runs on this stuff.

That gives me an idea for a custom power armour using parts from robots, the Rust Devils will use it, as that would make perfect sense since that's there motif, I mean it wouldn't be that hard to convert this type of armour into power armour parts to go over the frame, it's bulky enough, it just needs a few adjustments and additions. Everyone know and are trained to use power armor or what? I dislike the fact that you are making power armor a common thing to all the commonwealth. It's supposed to be rare, most of the copy being in anchorage / canada / destroyed / malfunctioning. It's powerful. It shouldnt be plentiful especially among raiders that are too high to use them correctly.

It shouldnt be plentiful especially among raiders that are too high to use them correctly.[/QUOTE] I've said it before and now I have to say it again, power armour training was a thing Bethesda introduced to make Power Armour harder to "obtain" early game because they gave that shit out like candy, New Vegas did a good job of making Power Armour actually rare while implementing the ideas Bethesda came up with in regards to training, the idea that power armour required training wasn't in the previous games but they worked with it. I don't mind that they retconned it to be honest, it was a game mechanic to slow the player down, unfortunately despite removing the need for power armour training, they still give power armour out like candy, MORE so now because you get it like 10 minutes into the the game.
You were the only person that needed power armor training in Fallout 3 and NV. Everyone else knew how to use it just fine.

I think that all the custom power armour mods I've seen so far have had this problem.
The T60 tesla armor added in automatron also has this issue, I stick with having a normal T60 on my left arm and the tesla on the other because otherwise I get this lovely shiny emitter poking out of my bracer into my field of view.
Is it possible to make companion mods in the GECK without fucking up their faces? A lot of companion mods made with FO4Edit do that. I especially hate what it does to Preston, it just straight-up makes him a white guy.
