I discovered it by accident trying to shoot him instead and missing I felt bad and then decided to spare the NCR in Boulder City and then just gave up on a legion playthrough by the time i got the pardon in Vegas Minor easter eggs saved western civilization

The NCR could not have the ability/the parts/whatever to repair the power armour frames from the NCR-Brotherhood war, or they had the actual power armour pieces but not enough frames for their soldiers. So the power armour pieces would be turned into heavy armour that people could wear over clothes and such. That wouldn't change the lore that much, and it would be a lot more clear ingame, compared to what the salvaged power armour looks like. Plus, it would allow the NCR to have high ranking troops in proper power armour. You could give proper power armour to the NPCs wearing the salvaged power armour and they'd be able to use it, anyway. No NPCs actually need power armour training to use it. Obviously in New Vegas it's more of a lore reason than a gameplay reason, but technically it's not wrong to say that everyone but you can use power armour.

I liked in OWB the teddy bears in dala's house and the all those knife on Mr.House portrait in Zero's room. Can't wait for a mods to take off the robco' trash off my hand! :v:

IIRC I had found like 4 sets by the time I did concord, and that was just exploring the top corner immediately around V111.
I'm kinda curious how the Brotherhood manages to completely blow it if you decide to finish Defend the Castle during Ad Victorium. They have a 20-ton walking nuclear fortress with pre-programmed coordinates headed to the Institute, yet somehow if you aren't there and decide to defend Independence, they fail. I'm kinda imagining it like this: SS - "How the hell did you people manage to fail the mission?" BoS - "We uh... got lost." SS - "How is that even possible?" BoS - "When Prime crossed the river, water leaked into his navigation circuits. Ended up doing donuts for about 3 hours until we had to re-direct him back to home base." SS - "Then why didn't you just fix him up and send him back out?" BoS - "He stepped on the navigation technician."
Has anyone else accidentally made a character so smug and asshole-looking that it's actually made you go "no, I'm not playing as this guy" and start over [editline]a[/editline] Hey so remember that discussion on skill checks I just realized that 4/6 (I'm counting each individual "repair this wire" thing even though you could consider it one check total I guess) skill checks are pretty much superflous. I don't know what the Covenant radio does because I haven't encountered it and the Power Relay Coil one saves you the time of grabbing one if you don't pick them up regularly, but the wires are like 10 steps away from the first box you need to fuck with, and the power armor required to pick up the vertibird minigun if you don't have 8+ strength or w/e is also 10 steps away. So not only are there practically no skill checks, the ones that exist are fairly useless.
Remember your first mod? I think mine was one that made generators produce more power because I hated having a generator around every corner and wires running across my settlement
I have a textured model I'm ready to convert to NIF, but I have no idea how and I can't find any tutorials. How do I get my model and texture ready to be used in FO4?

Some of the biggest laughs I got from New Vegas were from simply scrolling through dialogue options and seeing all the hilarious or snarky or puppy-kicking evil shit I could say, and that's something that's just not there in Fallout 4. I think that's kind of sad.

the sarcasm is all there in fallout 4 but it's just there to serve as momentary flavor and has no relevance whatsoever in shaping the character you play.

Seeing the character being a sarcastic jerk to Valentine, and knowing that no matter what Valentine is still cool to hang out with you and risk life and death to find your Son, makes the whole thing seems like a [I]huge[/I] waste of time.
The problem is that giving a dialogue option the title [Sarcastic] doesn't really tell me much about what my character is [I]really[/I] going to say if I choose it I mean, everyone knows that sarcasm can both be used to lighten up the modd or to dish out one hell of an insult to someone
Don't take this as me complaining, more of an observation. What's up with mod review video's having the thumbnail showing off there female characters ass?
