Honestly doesn't have enough wear on the exposed metal. I hope it's an early wip and it'll look more worn later.
For those who don't mind modern weapon mods, the MK14 EBR was updated recently with a lot more workbench options, like scopes and reticules. It isn't compatible with older version of the mod, you'll have to spawn/find a new one to use them.

FO4 is barely an RPG anyway, though. We're at like Far Cry 3 or 4 levels of APRG now.

"Arbitrary generic number" is a thing that's pretty core to video games in general.
So really, I'd be asking "Have you ever thought maybe video games aren't your thing?"
And with what he wants no game developer can do, you can't write every scenario the player might do. Unless you make a super linear game.

It's possible if you spent maybe 10 years working on the game.
Point is it's not practical or a good use of time when you could develop systems to do the work for you. It's better to have a system like in NV where everything matters rather than a handful of linear actions.

That picture sold the DLC to me.
I was able to complete Oh My Papa! in New Vegas by sneaking in Caesar's tent, retriving the slaves ledger and get the fuck out of there. An outfit and three turbos were involved
After instructing the Khan to abandon the Legion and get away from the state, and I went to the Brotherhood of Steel and helped changing the local management. Now I just need to deal with Mr. House, but I want to get several levels first
Also, which companion would be better, Veronica or Cass? I can't decide
Veronica has however this strange vibe about her, and I'm suspecting she's a Follower of the Apocalypse or something shitting me around for some purpose I can't understand YET.
