One (of many) plot thread that I wish they hadn't left hanging was Nick [sp]possibly being possessed by Kellogg[/sp], I suppose there's a chance it'll turn up in the Far Harbor DLC since it's based on one of one of his cases but it was such an interesting idea that was just left to rot on the vine.

Fucking finally, I'm honestly not sure how Beth decided to leave it out, especially when the art book has a concept for a sweet quad-barrel modification for it.
Watch, Bethesda will add it back in a DLC and make that mod moot :v:

If you install the standalone version you get combat scopes up to x8 magnification.
In case no-one has heard, patch 1.4 is out on consoles today as promised so that paves the way for the dlc to be launched!
Less then 3 weeks until the end of March. Hope we get a release date for the first DLC soon.

Annoyed me to no end when I found out that went nowhere. Such a solid quest from start to finish and they just left out something arguably vital.
Like it's a really smart way of circumventing [sp]killing someone you don't know and despite learning his past, that doesn't account for his present self.[/sp]

The only fence needed is the one that houses the 3 layers of traps surrounding mama murphy's electric chair.

I've noticed that raiders spawn inside the walls if you start them from the bridge.
Fences always look terrible, I just build some towers around the perimeter and arm them with laser turrets
Picket Fences look alright. Way better then the other shit that comes stock. The junk fences can look pretty good in the right setting.
Building a wall out of concrete foundations both looks great and lets you have people patrol along the tops of the walls like a castle.
I honestly prefer patching them up with Junk Fences and shit, it looks like someone just put whatever they could find in place to cover up the gaps.
This whole time I though I was getting low FPS just because my computer is garbage but then I found some thing about people reporting similar issues and that verifying the game cache increased FPS pretty substantially so i tried it and it worked.
Still not a stable 60 but I won't complain considering I'm mostly under minimum specs.

Also, jumping back into the game after taking a break for a month or two but I can't decide if I want to continue playing my old character or start a new one.
Can i get Ballistic weave without doing any railroad main quests as i'm planning on joining the institute.

There is a console command for it, but there is no way to obtain it without doing the railroad quests in the game.

Honestly though they should have made the first 3 ranks of BW available from the start, and only allow the advanced versions through the railroad.
