I reinstalled New Vegas about two weeks ago. It just now dawned on me that I haven't heard Johnny Guitar in my entire playthrough. It feels surreal.
[sp]Yeah, i get what you mean now. The most interesting thing to me about that video is how X6-88 says "This can't be Pre-War." What is that supposed to mean?[/sp]
Yeah that is weird. Might be a misplaced line? Or the fact the institute doesn't know about it, might be confusing him.

Just in time before the Dlc comes out (Hopefully with survival mode). http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11111/?

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11111/?
Survival mode is going to have its own sleeping bag. And I don't think it is coming with the DLC patch, I think they would have said already if it was. It would probably be beta tested first anyways.
Has there been a single Bethesda game that did not involve fully modeled skeletons
at this point they should take over hellraid that game is fucking skeleton simulator
so i decided to stand on one of the toilets in the super duper mart and... it just works
Look outside any window while being inside a any "instance building" and you will be greeted with amazing scenery.
The Combat Zone was such a waste of a perfectly good scenario. Could've turned it into the Thunderdome, but instead it's just another generic raider base.
I thought we were getting some sort of Fighter's Guild-esque shit like in the Elder Scrolls games but all we really got was, y'know.
Anyone else use Valdacil's item sorting? It seems to think everything is equipped with biocommesh for me.
Am I alone in feeling like using mods is just an absolute pain in the fucking dick? There are fucking dozens of hundreds of little individual mods that all make tiny changes to the game and may or may not individually break the fucking game so you if you use a lot of them (and I have to, to get the game how I want it) you have to waste hours and hours and fucking hours troubleshooting and starting the game over and over again when the slightest thing fucks up I think I'm just going to give up on Bethesda games cause the way people make mods just isn't helping, and the fact that Bethesda's games generally need all these mods to not be boring no-effort schlock is just plain frustrating. Fuck it I'm out
Attempting to turn macready into a badass instead of a rat-faced bastard, anybody interested in the .esp? Trying to go for a vaguely Kurt Russel sort of appearance so he can look like R.J Macready from The Thing [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/IV327H.jpg[/t] arte shot~

It's just LOD trickery to make it so that windows actually look out on something. Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim all did that as well. Morrowind didn't because as far as I'm aware there isn't a single interior cell in the game that's not fully enclosed (meaning no windows or sky visible). Basically they just load the LOD of the current cell with all other objects removed. It's the fastest and cheapest way to emulate the outside without actually impacting performance. [editline]20th March 2016[/editline] Also I don't think Todd said there'd be no loading screens in the game, just less of them ?

Fuck it I'm out
Mods aren't going to be completely "stable" until we get the official mod tools, just because FO4Edit doesn't have full support for Fallout 4 yet. And some of the early mods were made with a tool with even less support than FO4Edit, and then there's all the different versions of FO4Edit too. All of that can lead to problems, especially considering that certain modders don't have properly clean mods (so there's wild/dirty edits and records that have no reason on being there). That, and mods that add new keywords (without support for something like AWCKR or Settlement Keywords) should generally be avoided, because of how low the current keyword cap is. Which might be even lower when Automatron and Wasteland Workshop come out, provided Bethesda don't increase the cap. Checking mods in the xEdit tool for whichever Bethesda game should really be something everyone should do, even if it's just to check for unclean mods and any mods that conflict with others. It definitely helps avoid a lot of restarting the game to see if mods work.

Why is the season pass 50 bucks now? Wasn't it 20 before?
Why is the season pass 50 bucks now? Wasn't it 20 before?
They increased the price, they gave a warning about a month beforehand.
Why is the season pass 50 bucks now? Wasn't it 20 before?
They raised the price because they decided to release more DLC then originally planned. They gave everyone a months warning they were raising it.
Well, shit I didn't hear anything about it. Guess I should've gotten it sooner.
They raised the price because they decided to release more DLC then originally planned. They gave everyone a months warning they were raising it.
Wait so they're doing more than the 3 pieces of DLC already?
Wait so they're doing more than the 3 pieces of DLC already?
Yeah, this is just the first run. We're most likely gonna get some info on the newer DLCs after Far Harbor's launch.

While Fallout 4 is the first to have a lot of direct outside views in its vanilla form, several bethesda games got similar content through mods in the past. Oblivion has a dedicated mod for that, and DCInteriors for Fallout 3 adds clear windows.
Oh no. They took his neck.
Yeah armor and a turned gaze tends to cover that
I kind of wish FO4 had weapon modding on the fly, but only if you have the mods in your inventory, you'd still need a weapons bench to create the mods.

At least it doesn't look ugly when I can't see anything.
yeah it's a bit wierd you can't for example put on and off a simple scope on a hunting rifle on the go
There will be a mod for that the minute the CK comes out no doubt. I mean I'm sure there's been a mod like that since 3.
