So, as of now I've ran out of quests to do in Fallout: New Vegas and set up my ending by [sp]reaching and killing Mr. House[/sp] In which order should I take on the DLCs?
The order they were released is best (DM-HH-OWB-LR). They have an overarching plot connecting them, though Honest Hearts is fairly inconsequential and self-contained. On the other hand if you just want great gear and weapons ASAP, I'd start out with OWB.
Dead Money is really good.
Has anyone made flashlight attachments for guns yet?
Lonesome Road is designed to be played last since it gives you unique gear that slightly changes based on your faction alignment. You can also get the elite riot gear from it, but it comes at the price of suffering through tunnelers, deathclaws and ulysses' nonsense. [editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
Has anyone made flashlight attachments for guns yet?
That one desert eagle mod has a functional one. It's doable.
The thing about Dead Money is that people either love it or hate it, so yeah make a save before you start, you find you don't like it, skip to HH (Which is probably the most boring, but still good)
That one desert eagle mod has a functional one. It's doable.
Yeah I saw that. I hope someone makes mods for the base weapons as well.
Dead Money is only enjoyable if you're only interesting in story stuff, seeing as the gameplay is generally heavily disliked. Also an important thing is to go into each DLC with maximum speech. The DLCs have some pretty annoying shit that you can avoid with speech checks (like Ulysses' boss fight).
Has anyone made flashlight attachments for guns yet?
Yeah, there's a beta mod that does it.
Yeah, there's a beta mod that does it.
That mod will fuck up all the weapons added by the Pipe Weapon Overhaul so don't use it if you have that installed
I somehow witnessed the Gunners hijacking a Vertibird
Oh yeah, first DLC is coming out at Midnight
I somehow witnessed the Gunners hijacking a Vertibird
They have their own Vertibirds.
Oh yeah, first DLC is coming out at Midnight
What timezone
What timezone
your local
I have mixed feelings about Chemist rank 4, while I do think the perk is very good for getting the most of Chem, i.e time extension and thus more useful, I don't like being in Slow Motion from Jet for 30 fucking seconds.
Oh I know, I have it. But their AI is something be desired, they usually just wonder around the same spot.
I live with four cats and that behavior isn't entirely inaccurate
There's no functional cars in the fallout universe so cats lack a directional beacon to run towards and get killed.
There was a functional car in Fallout 2
There's no functional cars in the fallout universe so cats lack a directional beacon to run towards and get killed.
You could get a Highwayman working in Fallout 2 and the NCR have working trucks. There were even tanks in Fallout Tactics. If the NCR can figure out how to fix vertibirds and the BoS can build an airship out of an aircraft carrier then people can have figured out the internal combustion engine.
I don't think the Prydwen was made out of an aircraft carrier. [editline]21st March 2016[/editline] Well the Nuclear core was taken from an old carrier.
There's no functional cars in the fallout universe so cats lack a directional beacon to run towards and get killed.
I've lived around cats long enough to know only the stupid or old unobservant ones do that. Most tend to avoid the road if at all possible. [sp]My dad ran over one of our cats who fell asleep near the tire :C Sally has been missed for over 10 years now[/sp]
Only the nuclear core on the Prydwen comes from an aircraft carrier, namely rivet city and that was added in later due to power problems with the previous one.
Only the nuclear core on the Prydwen comes from an aircraft carrier, namely rivet city and that was added in later due to power problems with the previous one.
Rivet City isn't mentioned by name. Though I can't think of any other Carrier near DC, so it is probably safe to assume it is. Jeeze, I hope the Brotherhood didn't steal it from them.
Is there a mod that unfucks the broke-dick settlement system? The happiness of Sanctuary is stagnating at 75-73 with 13 people and I'm at max charisma, there are no tvs or radios or jukeboxes and all my resources are high enough!
Want to know why there are all these functional robots yet there are no functional cars even though they run off the same power source?
Huh according to the wiki, there was a cut quest in FO3 to steal Rivet City's power core for use in Liberty Prime.
They have their own Vertibirds.
it's a random event where some Gunners steal a Vertibird, they never have them otherwise and it only happens once the Brotherhood arrives in my latest game, the Brotherhood arrived and not a hundred yards from Fort Hagen i see the Gunners hijack the Vertibird. the Brotherhood was here for less than three minutes and they already lost an aircraft.
Saw this on the fallout wiki [t]https://i.imgur.com/wgYJyEh.jpg[/t] Is that a Japanese plane? :v: [editline]21st March 2016[/editline] There is also a space shuttle in the background
It's like a weird janked up Zero, also what the fuck is with the rocket helicopter
