No. I just equipped the outfit by using console commands and got all the lines during the confrontation.

Ive already done a shit load of other robots from movies and games, like ED-209, the entire cast of robot wars, and claptrap. going to see what weird combinations I can make if I don't start with a design in mind tomorrow morning.
I am so glad they actually thought of putting servo-skulls in there.

on the rare occasion that this may occur to someone else, you can fast travel from the final room of the DLC instead of using the doors, and you'll be fine

Was T-60 Tesla the only power armor added by the DLC? Even then it's not even a full suit it's just the torso and arms. I found a few forms by searching with the "help" command in-game that imply that t-45 and t-51 were also supposed to have tesla variants, but I'm pretty sure they're not there.

I can understand if they didn't have time to integrate the eyebot parts into the existing bot building system, but I wish they let us do more with the eyebots than just scavenge. Let me use them as temporary companions, or give me some sort of eyebot summoning flare/grenade. Having them just scavenge for items they don't even bring back for you is lame.
I wish you could equip more default bot voices other than sentry bot and assaultron

Has anyone used any of the "Unstable" mods? It's kinda pissing me off that all of the coolest shit will just break, by my understanding, at random out in the field. That is a shit way to balance shoulder mounted nuke launchers. I understand they're probably strong as hell but for fuck's sake just make it end-game content, make them resource-intensive and require max Robotics Expert, Science!, Gun Nut, and Nuclear Physicist perks; I have all of them, yet I'm still not using the best equipment for my bots because I don't want to have to go back to my main settlement to repair them every 2 minutes. At well past the level-scaling cap and on Survival difficulty I can tell you that just about all of the weapons that aren't "Unstable" aren't much use on any of the enemies I could actually use the help against.
Well, that wasn't supposed to be a rant but it is now. I was originally meaning to ask if anyone's used the unstable mods, and how long they last?

Tbh im pretty surprised there weren't any raider modifications for the assaultron that consisted of crudely welded on sheet metal tits and badly made pretty faceplates with wigs.
Like, id like to think i know raiders well enough to be sure that the first robot a raider would try to build on the assaultron frame would be a "sexy" scrap-metal robo babe that shot fire from it's tits.

The robots seem to repair themselves within about a minute after damage, or you can kill them yourself, then insta-repair them with a robot repair kit. There doesn't seem to be a way to use a RRK unless the robot's health is completely drained, but I'm guessing that's why they autoheal. Whether this is how they always function or this is an "after-quest" thing that I unlocked I can't say.

Are you saying that if an "Unstable" piece on a robot breaks, it repairs that on it's own, given time? I know that robots regenerate their HP over time, but that's not what I'm worried about.

I just loaded my save and shot both my robots arms clean off, the same that happens when the unstable breaks, and after about a good minute or so they "popped" back on so unless my games doing some weird crap, yes. :v:
EDIT: Further testing, even when using unstable and they catastrophically fail (that means literally explode lol), after you are out of combat the robot will completely rebuild. It seems that the only limit to the auto-heal is whether or not you are in combat, similar to being able to fast travel due to enemies.

Today I have learned that somehow Better Item Sorting mod, will cause a bug where you can not store bobble heads on the bobble heads stand.
Today I also learned that you should not accidentally quick save at the same time as a mini nuke mine explodes beside you. while crazy hobos are shooting green laser waves at you. while being chased by mirelucks. and being overweight.

Oh my god I could create my random spaceship robot I made up who's obsessed with Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. He could explode and repair himself.
I also named him Output because he would talk a lot.
