holy fuck someone should mod that so that equipping it makes enemies flee from you and react as if you're a Super Mutant Suicider
Or throw it at enemies :v:
the melee mininuke is probably some technical thing to get it to show up in suiciders hands
baby Shaun is a melee weapon too so that the spouse can hold him in the intro

Can't forget this.

Spent the day moving stuff between Sanctuary and Red Rocket and making my base a little more organized, and as night rolled around I decided to scope out Abernathy Farm before going to bed. Made my way over there and creepily watched them from the woods for a little bit before ultimately deciding to camp over night in that little trailer thing close by with the mattress and needless to say something happened while saving v:v:v

RIP all that progress.

After a little research I guess it's some sort of bug with the wetness setting, even though I've played like 370 hours with it on and never had it happen until now.
we give you a game, you're complaining
we give you robot customization, you're still complaining
we give you hardcore mod that you wanted and begged since day one, and you're STILL complaining!
What the fuck do you want then?! Everything can't be perfect! Fuck you!

Every time I see a post like this I read it in the voice of one of the angry Russians from GTAIV and it makes it a lot better imo

Question, has anyone switched from an HDD to an SSD on PC and can tell me if there's any sort of performance increase? I don't really care about load times because, unlike Skyrim, I can actually dick around in the Steam overlay and browse FP or something while I wait. When I need is to be able to keep at least 30 FPS at Trinity Tower.

Removes the save limitation in Survival mode. I like using it to be able to actually quit whenever I want and not have to spend 20 minutes walking back to the nearest owned bed.
It doesn't re-enable auto saves or the quicksave hotkey, you need to go through menus.
Does anybody know exactly what the damage modifiers in Survival Mode are now? I know before the beta, Survival just halved all player damage. I'm also curious if the legendary enemy chances are the same.

In my play through so far I've only come across maybe 5 legendaries and I'm level 16, so they might have toned down the amount of legendaries, because as it is right now enemies are still way too bullet spongey.

What the fuck is the point then? Survival, but you can save whenever you want, so where's the danger if you can load a save game from like 30 seconds ago.
Why are the people that think the survival save system is perfect the way it is so hostile. Let people do and think whatever they want, goddamn.

who put pewdiepie in the game
Anyone know of a mod that has body fishnets pm it id really appreciate it.
Why get mad over people modding in the save feature to survival
Playing the game how you want is literally the point of modding

Because if you don't play it the way I play it you are wrong.

Of course wearing vehicles on your head is the greatest fashion statement:

Is a mod that stops Dogmeat from being able to open doors doable?
Or would that just destroy his pathing and make him run off like an idiot all the time or something.
Oi, once the GECK comes out, we need someone to drastically reduce the number of landmines in the world.
It's like some encounter-designer at Bethesda was so focused on if they COULD, they didn't stop to think if they SHOULD.

semi-related, but when the geck comes out, i want somebody to make a mod so that if you set off the trip wire on the super rigged to explode bridge, the whole fucking thing explodes. Like, bridge and all, leaving a small crater where it was.
You know the one i'm talking about with grocery carts full of bombs, cars, gas pools, and shit.
Just for the shear fact that I've tripped it god knows how many times without paying attention and i get nuked by the cars every time. I just want it to go up in a colossal explosion on par with the institute.
[sp]for extra shits and giggles, if you do still SOMEHOW survive, the crater turns into a settlement.[/sp]

I hear a lot of people say that the point of survival is the one hit kills and the lack of saves but as far as I'm concerned the point of survival is to add hunger, thirst, sleep and illness into the game. The extra damage is just a byproduct caused by the fact it's a difficulty setting and not an additional mod like in New Vegas, and I'm going to mod that part out as soon as it becomes a thing.

I swapped mine from a HDD to SSD, and haven't noticed anything substantial in terms of graphics. Textures don't do that whole thing where they are really low res and blurry, then pop over to higher quality.
Also I don't have a problem where weapons won't load when you use hotkeys anymore.
so out of curiosity (and boredom) I jumped in to the survival mode beta
start the game up, new game, "do you want to start a new game on survival?" why yes I would
immediate CTD
10/10 ready for release

That is the survival mode. It's pretty accurate on how long you would really live in a post-apocalypse world.
I didn't realise, that if you give Buddy a Nuka Cola anything, he gives you back an Ice Cold version, I just got back an Ice Cold Nuka Cola Quantum, it gives you 650 HP and 125 AP, instead of 400 and 100 respectively.
So, can anyone who only first played original 2 Fallout games within the past 3 years or so - were they complex or confusing to you? Because it's strange to see people talk about those games as such, while I practically religiously played them in early to mid teens.

It was confusing at first, and I didn't have the patience or appreciation for Turn-Based Isometric games. It took me a while to finish this game, since there was much to do.
I admit, completing Fallout 2 gave me newfound appreciation for old games like Jagged Alliance and Deus Ex. I would've fallen in the generation of Ultra HD FPS games.
I know i'm late to this but now that I found professor goodfeels and I really wish there was a way to have his voice set on my robots.
Made something over the weekend which I think fallout people might like.

Well if nothing else I can say for sure that it made me realize how much I miss the F3/NV Combat Armors.
