Ridiculous weapon specialization in cartoony games isn't [I]too[/I] new, I'd rather see something like Battlefield with ridiculous fun weapons like American-180s, Chauchats and Gyrojets mixed in

There's bound to be combinations that work better than others, but hopefully they find a way to make it balanced and interesting.
Looks awesome. I'm assuming the Rambo guys are just default characters. Looking at the trailer it seems you can customise your character somewhat too.
I was a little disappointed that the character customisation in APB was horribly limited unless you signed up for a premium account.
I love how in the latest video the customization menu shows like 6 methods of launching the rocket alone

I really hope they'll change their mind about the free-to-play part.
TF2 really went downhill after they made that decision, the developers have become lazy and the servers are filled with underage children who are no fun to play with.
The characters' backs sure do take up a lot of precious screen real-estate..
