The problem with blitz is that if both teams are competent, every match will basically stop for about five minutes in the middle with just nothing happening as one point goes back and forth.
Other that that it is a really good map for other gamemodes like death snatch

Extraction is my favorite game mode. Even just the fact that you can blow up blutonium at people's feet adds a whole lot to the gunplay.

They need to fix the way the collector is chosen though, because what it is right now (last to shoot a blute) is really dumb and leads to tons of stunted progress.

I [B]love[/B] the concept and the general look of shattered but it's a garbage map for a game with this level of mobility.
Extraction always winds up being run in circles while pressing E; which I never found fun.
I hope they severely increase the Blutonium respawn rate so that it's less running around a single extractor for the match.
That said, Hex-Rockets + Flak + Mortar + Fire = Being called OP every single Blitz match.
So can a burning enemy really set team mates on fire by touching them?
shattered is one of those maps where i get more deaths by rolling backwards and falling into a pit than getting killed by actual players
What happens if you put a remote controlled rocket on a turret?
I'm too lazy to go test it myself, still need a single match to unlock turret and i don't feel like playing anymore today

I know it's written at the top of your screen but when I'm busy looking at the middle shooting people I tend to miss it

make it so you can see the crystals and grinders through walls and have a blue overlay all around your screen (like the overheal one but less intrusive)

Yea... and you are usually dead 5 seconds after receiving said message, leading to even longer break between captures of crystals, due to wait, where game selects new collector...
they could make a message pop up like it does in l4d when you're about to become the tank. "you will become the collector" or something like that
Shield or not, the guy who kills you always is using tesla.
I pretty much started using shield because I got annoyed by getting killed by tesla, shield better than nothing against tesla.
I feel like my tesla weapons do like no damage, but I always die against them.
jackhammer is terrible-ass fucking mode.
5 minutes in somebody gets the first capture then that teams stays in their base with all their turrets, proximity sticky mines, and shit guarding their hammer waiting for time to run out. you can't get past them no matter what.

The problem is, when in the lead, the game gives you no incentive to do anything else. If they made the winning score a little lower, but no winning team without hitting it - people might be more aggressive.
Just like how there's no downside to fucking sprint/hop/leap dodging away from anyone for miles the second you want to stop fighting. Those people annoy the fuck outta me. It maybe saves them one in ten times, but that's usually only because they run into teammates.
I hate death snatch because it makes snipers so useless, and I hate having k/d ratios matter
an arena type gamemode with more players would be fun
probably a competitive gamemode.

Create private games is the 3rd mode. For clan wars or friend plays as a example.
