Does anyone know if there's gonna be a way to change the game's language by changing files or something similair to that?
Theres localization for
//Localization
public enum VPKLocalization
{
english,
french,
german,
italian,
japanese,
korean,
polish,
portuguese,
russian,
spanish,
tchinese
}
I'm sure editing the files can produce subtitles and such shouldn't be hard

Are these in subtitles or actual voice dubbing?
To make this clear now, if i take the Mexican way, i can change the games language right?
Why isn't there localization for Australian?
LOL what, you are not serious right? What do we speak here? English unless you want like
"oi mate a titan is attacking you" not sure what you mean

That would be great. If all the voices were Steve Irwin I would change the localization.
"Titanfall incoming cunt!"
To make this clear now, if i take the Mexican way, i can change the games language right?
I bought the game using a mexican vpn and my game is entirely in english.
"Titanfall incoming cunt!"
"ey champ seems ya titan's under attack don't worry though she'll be right mate"

"Wassat mate? Yer titan's gone Walkabout? Ya need a new one? Too easy! Give us couple'a minutes and a can o' larger!
If you were to use a VPN for the Mexican version and later wanted to buy the Season Pass/DLC, would you need to use a VPN again?
So can someone describe what exactly I have to do when buying via Mexican Origin? I've never VPNed before.
I'll love you forever.
Easiest way is to install Hola! extension for Chrome and follow these steps:
1. Go to www.origin.com and turn on Hola and choose Mexican (Will be in Spanish but use Google translate if needed)
2. Put Titanfall Deluxe in the basket (will be 599 Mexican Pesos)
3. Open shopping basket and click proceed from lower right corner
4. Disconnect from your proxy just before logging in to Origin.
5. Log into your origin account (and change page language to English if needed)
6. Buy it like normal, (I used Paypal and just stuck in a random address)
7. Order will complete as normal and you will get confirmation email and Titanfall now in your origin account!
Thanks!
I started the preload but it didn't ask for language, should it have?
I don't know, I got to pick language but it seems that a lot of people didn't.. I still think it defaults to American English.
Use a VPN so that the origin website thinks you're mexican (chrome extension "hola!" does the job well). That way it'll show the prices available for that country.
Then browse their store and purchase the game like you normally would up until when they ask you to log in. At that point disable your VPN, log in and complete the purchase, the currency should still clearly show Mexican pesos, which is 599MXN plus tax. In CAD, this is roughly 45$

I guess we'll find out on Tuesday either way.
Are these in subtitles or actual voice dubbing?
https://twitter.com/Titanfallgame/status/431385188908544000
Apparently these are actual voice overs.
https://twitter.com/Titanfallgame/status/431385245108011008
The only ones that aren't voice overs and are instead in subtitles; Brazilian, Korean and Traditional Chinese.
Is there a known method so far in choosing what voice language you want if you have a English version?
If I unlock the game before the actual release date, I'm pretty much going to have only the tutorial level to play, right?
If I unlock the game before the actual release date, I'm pretty much going to have only the tutorial level to play, right?
No, you can play the full game. It actually never asked me to play the tutorial. I went through one side of the "campaign" last night.
Damn, no servers
I'm assuming the campaign is basically exactly like Unreal Tournament in that it's just a series of gamemodes and matches of increasing difficulty?
No, you can play the full game. It actually never asked me to play the tutorial. I went through one side of the "campaign" last night.
Explain how?
Some dude got some .exe and some other file that you replace in the games folder and start it up. Then you hope there are some servers up.

[editline]8th March 2014[/editline]
I just realized it's a meta joke because you can actually do this in game.
LOL what, you are not serious right? What do we speak here? English unless you want like

Nah mate, we speak 'strahn, it's like your regular english, but you replace every 3rd word containing more than one vowel or three consonants with cunt.
