Titanfall - "Get ready for Titanfall™" - Games

Can you properly skip the splash screens in the release version? In the beta you could but it just replaced them with a blank screen.

Wow. What the fuck was the point of even buying a physical PC copy. Origin's shit installer stops working on the second disc saying it tried to write a file that it couldn't and Origin needs to restart. But you can't close Origin in the middle of an installation. But I did anyway, and now the installation won't continue despite the fact most of the 50 gigs of files are already installed. And I can't even find the folder to delete it. Fuck off EA.

Did they nerf the carbine from the beta? I swear it takes like 8 shots to put someone down now.

Damn, this game is awesome! You can melee the skinny Titan and have your Titan rip it's arms off and beat it to explosive death with the second. That's the real definition of disarmed!

Does anyone know of any ways to get discounts on the game or get it cheaper? I'd really like to get it but I don't have a lot of money. If you buy it through the Origin store from a Mexican VPN, you can get it for around $40 standard or $45 for the deluxe, which includes the season pass ($US of course)

Now, in order to advance to Generation 4, I have to destroy 50 titans and kill 200 enemies with Plasma Cannon. Kill 50 pilots with Satchel charges. Kill 200 enemies and 75 pilots with compact SMG. SMG is easy, killing 200 enemies with plasma is easy too... Titans with plasma is tricky, however satchels...god, It takes ages :( it really hinders the speed at which I gain exp ;P .

Rodeo a titan: 1) If he deploys a smoke, jump away and try to jump asap. 2) He doesn't have smoke, he will try to leave his titan to kill you with pilot weapons. As soon as you see he is leaving the titan, jump off and throw a satchel in front of Titan = Easy kill. It works in 99,99% >:]
