I want to be able to put a big smiley face on my Titan like the Specters have on their chests.
I deem this game worthy of my money. And I'm glad that I didn't have to give EA my money, since the price on Origin in Sweden is almost equal to 94 USD (incl. VAT). So happy I got away paying about 56 USD (incl. VAT).
Playing up to 10 hours a day the last week, I'm currently 3rd gen and farming my titan kills with the plasma railgun.
For those wondering if you should buy this or not, I say go for it if you have the money or want a fastpaced-parkour-shooter.

You force vsync off in nvidia/catalyst control panel and turn vsync on in-game. Except it's terrible and makes your sensitivity change based on framerate, even with m_rawinput 1.
Welp I tried to buy it but I'm stupid and long story short I can't get it because of this infuriating fucking system of "You tried and failed 2 or 3 times so you have to wait 24 hours to buy this now bye". Guess I'm not gonna play it until the weekend considering I work the next 2 days.

Well the thing is I'm getting it from a key site for $45 dollars, because I don't really feel like I want to spend the full $60 on a multiplayer only title. That said I am also down $0.18.

You'll still be capped to 60 then, as the framerate cap only deactivates when vsync is on in-game.

Sent a request, I'm trying to get to level 50 now.
The R-101C carbine makes me angry. It's too good at everything--you can spray it close range with not much less accuracy than the R-97, and I was literally just sniped from the top of Boneyard by a guy who spotted me and killed me with the carbine before I could get my DMR crosshair on him.
Just had a guy try to rodeo me while I was by a cliff... Turned my back to drop and I let him do the rest. :)

Why is a gun I'm supposed to be using at range more random though? The BF-R being likely to kill in either 1 or 2 5 round bursts at its intended range is silly.

As far as I know there's no spread increase in this game, bursting does nothing
Man had a 12-0 kdr match in Hardpoint, just stimming around, hopping from point to point blasting people in the face with the shotgun. So fun :v:
Shotgun + revolver is an incredible combo, shoot them w/ shotty then shrek them with revolver. It's extremely fast.
I always just shoot them with shotgun, then shoot them with shotgun.
fuck the smartpistol, fuck the people that use it, and fuck whoever it was at Respawn that thought it was a good idea.
It's seriously the most goddamned annoying thing in the entire game.

I guess I don't understand why this is a problem. My monitor's refresh rate is 60 hz though. Are you talking about for monitors with higher refresh rates?

I've never been killed like that, mostly because im always on the roof or wall level and im always moving, and my cloak is always on.
I don't get why you people say 'cloak is useless' when its amazing when you're going quickly and enemy pilots have little time to track you, not to mention if they're looking at you against the sky you're basically invisible.
Always moving seems to get me killed at more than it gets me kills. All I do in colony is just sprint around the edge of the town and try to flank the enemy team until I get my Titan.
