this game is great but the hud is severly clipped at my aspect/resolution (2560x1080) and it can be really annoying. the video feed thing in the top right is barely visible and i can't usually see my ammo count
I can't play anymore the latest patch has caused model geometry deformations and it's not my card i know that for a fact.
I got five Rematch cards at the same time. It filled up my deck. :v:

Of course, fucking Origin servers are having issues. After a few games at a friends, it keeps asking for origin tickets and can't sign him back into Origin. Brilliant.
Am I destined to not play this fucking game?

Performance issues. I've got a pretty average computer running an i5 at stock with a GTX470, 4GB Ram, it runs absolutely fine when it wants to but I can't seem to shake the micro stuttering and failing to join lobbies all the time.

Regenerating is really only viable if you want different challenges, since it "forces" you to use weapons you're not familiar with.
My biggest concern with Titanfall is that it seriously lacked content on release. It had more maps, that's good, but that's it. Campaign turned out to be horrible, there were only 3 more guns and a couple more abilities for titans and pilots and that's it. Does it still has 70% of items OBT had or it had received more items/weapons now?

Something you can do by yourself, no need to regen to try for an extended period of time a different weapon, I do it when I get bored or/and when I'm crushing the enemy team.
I've seen so many people getting mad at me just because I'm gen1 50, I would regen if that gave me something special like new skins or something.
I think they get angry because they expect me to be an easy kill and when they realize I'm not, they blame me for not getting through the hassle of completing the challenges (like goosers), fuck that, I play the way I want.

So by the amount of Agrees on my post the game still lacks content? If so then I won't be getting this anytime soon. "but it's fun" isn't valid for me since I had enough fun with it when it was free, and if it actually didn't get that many more items, then I see no reason to pay for it now.
If you want more of the same then go ahead and get it. There's definitely something to be said about the new weapons having more than two maps, but they aren't radical shifts in gameplay. It doesn't get much deeper than what you saw in the beta.
There was a video I was watching where a guy was talking about the first Modern Warfare and how people remember it so fondly as the greatest Call of Duty ever. He was talking about how the core gameplay was great, but in terms of content and customization there really wasn't much there. If Modern Warfare were released today the gameplay would be tight and fantastic, but it would probably have a short life because people would get bored of playing the same thing over and over again.
It's interesting that the same can be said of Titanfall. I think the game is pretty well balanced, great fun, and just a very tight and well produced game, but I don't play it that much anymore either. Not because it's bad or boring, because it's neither, but just because I've seen it all. The game was great on release but its playerbase feels like its fallen off significantly over a pretty short amount of time and I think the lack of content and real depth is why.

I can't believe there aren't any purely Titan game modes yet, Last Titan Standing comes close but I rather enjoy respawning since I die a whole bunch

both teams are entirely in titans and can't get out, except one team member per team who is the 'ball'
neither team have any guns and are stripped down to melee, which does no damage but keeps the knockback, and if the 'ball' touches the ground he's returned to his teams goal
the 'ball' scores by jumping from titan to titan, trying to make it to the other teams goal, which scores the team a point and resets him/her back to his teams goal

I'd have to say no unless there was a special map made for it where you can't just parkour straight to the goal
edit: like, ideally I think it would be played on an open court with walls on each side and pillars spread evenly on the court to give pilots something to bounce off of if there's nobody close enough to jump to
