I submitted a ticket about it, and they said someone would be "right with me!.. within two hours!"

I think it might need to be a valid key but they don't check if it's redeemed.

Yeah. It's a bad idea to post keys directly in the thread, just ask them to PM you instead or something.
That's what I meant, you can't just make up a key. They don't check if they've been redeemed.

Grab an Xbox key someone else posted and email support. Doesn't matter if its been redeemed or if someone else emailed support about it, they should set you up with access

Yea it worked for me! gave them an Xbone key from one of the twitter posts.
