This is a pretty fun game. Pretty much my whole playthrough is "warning 2 titans approach, warning you are out numbered 2 to 1" NEVER TELL ME THE ODDS
whenever I hear that I charge one of them and melee it until one of us dies go out with a bang
You know I was kinda sad I had nothing to love on Valentines day. Then I met Titanfall.
I can't figure out how to melee while in a titan, I hit the melee button and nothing happens. I also haven't been able to jump on top of a titan, I jump at one and nothing happens.

I went into it kinda eh, but wow I really like this game a lot, it's fun.
I can't figure out how to melee while in a titan, I hit the melee button and nothing happens. Also FYI don't use the sidewinder to kill a titan from there, unless you rather kill yourself.
Download speed shot up and I'm now at 92%. This phone line just went super saiyan.

only problem is that the framerate goes from 60 to like 20 when i turn around really fast on every setting. im running with an 670, I5, and 8 gigs of ram.
I have about the same specs as you and I only get a slight slow down when a Titan lands infront of me, and even then it barely goes below 50fps.
Its pretty solid most of the time for me running on an i5, 8gb, 760
Do you get a message from the help.ea page where your "conversation" was for the email method, or do you just have to keep restarting origin?
Yeah, quite a lot of fun after a couple of matches. It's unoptimized as fuck though, even one low-medium settings I get really bad framerate drops on GTX560. It should certainly be enough for this game on those settings. Being the poor student I am, a new GPU would cost me like over half a month's worth of food money so I'm not sure about getting the game now. Anyway, not feeling the GOTY 2014 hype yet. It's fun, but it's not omg incredible.
I just realized you can't type messages. Like in other games where you hit T to talk, you can't do this in the pc version. I hope they add it in the full game.

Had a close game where we came back to 250 - 246. Killed three pilots in a row in my titan to get us back from a 25 point deficit.

I feel like I might get stoned to death for saying this, but I didn't really enjoy the game. I played for about an hour and the game just doesn't feel as satisfactory as I thought it would. The guns don't have any real kick to them so it feels a bit wonky, this vortex shield or whatever doesn't seem to be able to absorb things at times when they are coming at you and even though I'll admit, doing a Titan on Titan fight is pretty cool, I just don't see what you guys see so much in this game. What annoys me is that the "Pilot FPS" section feels way too close to a CoD clone. I mean, yes, I know the creators of the game used to make CoD, but still, not exactly too fond of that.
Tried the e-mail trick posted earlier, Now we shall wait [editline]15th February 2014[/editline] Does this game really run on source?
Frankensource
I love ejecting out of my titan and landing on someone else's.
So this email trick?
Dig through the thread for an Xbone code, then go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ Looks like they changed the banner at help.ea.com The phone system is down for maintenance. It seems like avoiding enemy pilots and farming minions is more effective than seeking out pilots and dueling them. Also enemy titans are way to easy to mount and kill.
Yeah it's been around three and a half hours and no response. It tried to make me send another report but I'm thinking they cut off the support once the beta registration ended.

I always get hyped as fuck about anything so of course I'll be a bit disappointed. Hell, I had drunkenly pre-ordered Lightning Returns earlier this week and didn't cancel it for whatever reason, and was actually excited as fuck when it came in the mail yesterday. The maps are great and the parkour aspect is a fuckload of fun but I'm not really feeling the Titans, the bots or the low player count. The gunplay is very CoD like, just point and click, which I feel very indifferent about. It's not bad, but it's not that much fun either. Unless they do some serious optimization and nVidia releases drivers that improve TF performance a lot, I'll probably end up getting Titanfall in summer when I'll hopefully have enough money to buy a new GPU
the problem is that they give you lots of movement stuff and then all of a sudden when you're actually fighting, hold on guys gotta ads, slow down my movement to a snail's pace, and shoot my recoilless gun.
I didnt want to try it anyway :v:
titans have faster gameplay than pilots.

The game's so fast paced and hectic that the Generic ADS Assaut Rifle weapons seem weird
So satisfying going on an unstoppable rampage, managed to get a few dominations right at the end of the game I also like how easy it is to kill somebody on top of your titan, the thing just sits perfectly still when you get out
