It says it needs three lock-ons for a 1 shot kill, but people have been doing it with just one and they're not even headshots.

It should take way longer to fully target people
Its only really useful as a stealth weapon, in a straight up fight it gets destroyed by any other weapon

I'll have to paymore attention next time, but most of the people who managed to pull that off weren't injured or were just spawned.
Also, I like how you cand find NPCs fighting hand-to-hand or dragging wounded soldiers. It makes the battlefield seem more alive.

so i have played a few matches ( loose on all of em ) and while the game is fun as fuck i dunno i feel it needs some serious network code optimization becouse im playing fine and then outta the nowhere im rubberbanding trough the whole map and my ping is still about 90-100 , same goes for hit notifications i barely get any and most of the time just falls traight dead into the ground

Same here, I put my settings down to reccomended and it's better, not great
Hopefully new nVidia drivers fix this issue, same as with BF4 Beta

Also, here's a trick for taking out Titans on foot by mounting them:
Get it on, keep shooting till the Titan stops (This is when the Pilot get's out), you jump off too, the pilot will be confused and looking for you
Either A: He get's back it or B: He still looks for you
If he does A, ride him again and if needed, Rince and Repeat
If B: Look for him and kill him
Seems to work quite well for me.

I never use the smart pistol because it feels so unsatisfying and cheap. The auto one though is pretty cool

I have everything on the highest setting (including AA) and I rarely go into the mids 40s. The only time that happens is when there are four or more Titans blowing everything up around me.

I haven't touched any of the settings other than AA and FOV, and after what you said I don't plan to :v:
But I do feel like testing the game out on my laptop to see how a GTX 460M handles the game at 1080p. My friend was having some major framerate issues with his GTX 295.
Anyone else gets this issue where the game closes on its own without any error message after like 20 minutes of play?

As far as I know you take less of a performance hit with EQAA but MSAA ends up looking better somehow. I'm not sure if or how it looks better but I seem to get better frame rates with EQ.

The lock on time for a pilot to get all three is actually really high, and if you lose sight for even half a second you have to start it all over again. If someone is getting a lock on you, you were either standing still long enough for them to get it (which, in this, you shouldn't be standing around basically ever), or they were very diligent and spent the time to actually chase you down.

cause, you know, 1 shot kill direct from cloak is lame[/QUOTE]As the Cloak description says, its not really designed for dealing with other pilots, it's designed for dealing with Titans since they use cameras and a digital display instead of big windows. Titans can't see you at all, while to Pilots you look like a mobile television screen. So if you're trying to use it against Pilots, don't be surprised if they see you almost immediately.
This game seems to freeze for me quite a lot. In fact, it just froze as I ripped a guy out of his Titan's cockpit.
Overall, it's been extremely satisfying so far. Still no where near worth it for what they're asking for.
