Wait untill you get another one, just in-case.
Yeah, that's kinda how I delegated my of use the equipment in ME3's multiplayer which worked kind of similarly (they lasted a match, not a life, but same idea).
Okay This game. Is offically Call of Duty on Crack. Best game ever.
I think its unfair to relate it to CoD to an extent because it IS pretty different, but I see what you mean. It really feels like the best progression of the twitch multiplayer FPS genre of the past few years. It has what makes games like CoD great, but changes it just enough to feel familiar, but so much more intense and unique.
The jankiness just seems to be in the tutorial
there is a little bit in the actual game and turning off Vsync helps, but I don't want my game to look like utter shit so i'l deal with it
Have you tried changing your mouse acceleration? I prefer it off, but its the only other thing I could imagine causing it besides V-sync.
Anyone on the EU server up for a match?

I absolutely love the character design(s) in Titanfall:

In fact, i love them so much i wasted 10 minutes worth of Titanfall gameplay just to make these (horribly cropped) pictures.

If you have 4 gigs of ram, why don't you have 64 Bit?
Gotta say, what the NPCs lack in actual gameplay strength, they make up in atmosphere. I just caught an enemy Spectre choking one of our grunts, shot him and the guy thanked me for saving him.
Dunno when these scenarios will start feeling repetitive, but right now they really add to the atmosphere in a way I haven't seen before.
Neat.
Wish I had 64 bit windows. So much for getting into the beta.
I've played around 2 hours of it, and all I have got to say, I wasn't really hyped about it, but now I'm considering pre-order because this game is damn fun. I like that it's a mix of AI(a little bit dumb one, but still) and players, and it adds more fun to guess if there is a player in that group of grunts running towards me. Although, I would like camos as additional customization option(maybe there will be on release?)

What I meant was. They have took what they added to COD to make it good. And took it over to titan fall and improved on the concept massively.

Can't be as repetitive as "you're unstoppable"
Only seen a few gameplay videos of the game and I already hate when he says that.
Kinda wish the gun had more kick, tho not CS-levels of it, that would be much better for slow-paced tactical engagements imo.
Blacklight Retribution kinda found a nice middleground after a big recoil update imo, but ex-CoD-devs probably won't be as easily convinced.

For me it feels like HAWKEN but way better.
Also I don't get Origin overlay, but I do get Steam overlay for some reason. Double overlay doesn't work anymore?

Heh, I was just about to go get those pics myself, thanks for reading my mind and doing the work for me!
Yay just got the beta through support. EA seems to be kicking up their customer service a notch in my experience.
Heh, the SMG is incredibly OP.
I love how movement in this game feels way smoother than like Mirror's Edge (IMO).

I broke it :(
I like the game, but it gets a bit repetitive after awhile. I got to lvl 14 after a hour and a half of play. Unlocked all the weps and attachments too.
What I would really like for them to do is limit the number of Titans to maybe 2, remove the "rodeo" shit, and then remove the bots and replace them with more player slots.
Its not fun when you get a shit ton of kills in the beginning thus giving you a titan early when everyone else on the enemy team gets it before the rest of your team, therefore making it a 5v1 fuck fest.
-snop-
Hmm I had alot of fun playing the game but still hesitate on whether or not to buy it
I hacked 5 Spectres before heading into B to capture it. After an intense gunfight with 2 other players I captured the point and looked behind me. 4 Spectres had died ;_;7
Depending upon the amount of customization they add to the game after it is released will determine if I buy it or not.

Again, this is a content limited beta. There'll be more in the final release. And I doubt progression will be this quick in the final product, no to mention a higher level cap.
The only problem is they haven't outright stated how much they'll be offering. No indication on the number of maps, game modes, weapons, nadda. And if I had to find one major flaw with the game so far, it's that we don't know how much there'll be for us on launch.
As for:

I really don't agree. I think the amount of titans is fine. Rodeoing is high risk, high reward so I think its good as it is. Maybe reduce the damage you do a tad, I get most of my titan kills that way, so it seems a bit too strong. And the bots are fantastic in this game... well... not AI-wise of course, they're dumb as shit, but for the role they serve they're perfect.
Having too many players would make for huge clusterfucks of titans if you don't limit the amount deployable, and let's be real, NOBODY would like getting locked out of calling in your titan because your team reached its limit. So the bots allow for the fights to feel larger without making players feel less important to the match. You don't feel powerless individually like in big team games like Battlefield, but you don't feel like you're a one-man-army. And they bots also serve as the perfect way of letting people speed up their titan build time as a compensation for the lower playercount. And smaller teams allow for ACTUAL coordination if you manage to get a group together, unlike games like Battlefield, where you have a guy or two trying to give commands, a handful of people listening to commands, a half of your team focusing on kills over objectives, and a bunch of dudes just sitting around with their thumbs up their asses.
I'm probably gonna get a lot of disagrees for saying this but
the gunplay feels so ridiculously like COD. If it wasn't for the parkour elements and the titans, this'd be a cod clone.
That isn't to say it's not fun though
This feels like an exact copy of Call of Duty.
I mean really, if you slapped on "Call of Duty Black Ops 3" instead of "Titanfall", you wouldn't even see the diffrence.
Im not even fucking kidding. I played it for 1 hour and felt like i was playing call of duty.
still no email :suicide:

Well, I mean, that's kind of the point :v:
Those two things are pretty much the biggest differentiating factors of the game. The game is meant to take a previously proven formula, build on it, and make it polished to a sheen. And it does that damn well.
Also, maybe it's just me, or maybe the guys I play with sucks, but I feel the time-to-kill is a lot slower in this game. Like you actually have a chance to retaliate if you get caught off guard, unlike in CoD. Coming from Halo, I like that.

Nobody is denying the similarities to COD (since the creators of the COD made this game) But calling it an exact copy of COD is pretty ignorant.
