Well the betas drawing to a close but theres good news! My friend cra0kalo and Vbitz have reverse engineered the titanfall vpk system and have written a Titanfall VPK tool! [IMG]http://puu.sh/70uqu[/IMG] A model file in hex: [IMG]http://puu.sh/70ZQS.png[/IMG] The tool should be fully functional and ready by tomorrow!

There are ones for kill streaks against pilots, spectres, and grunts. Escaping at the end of the game or wiping out the enemy team/stopping the evac ship. I'm pretty sure you can also get them for other things like double kills and headshots, or completing objectives.

Just saw the words "Waiting to connect to Xbox Servers" in the matchmaking lobby on PC. Does this game utilize cloud computing on PC?

I just downloaded Titanfall and this game is so good at so many level that I just have to drop the game midway and praise it or my mind would explode Beside the blatantly awesome sci-fi theme (airdrop/mech omg). The main idea of having two level of gunplay in one dimension is so ingenious (correct me if I'm wrong) and the movement system actually made the map feel three-dimensional which is rare in military FPS The system that had AI fight along players is such an innovative idea. You know how in military FPS (e.g. CoD, BF), players never feel the same in the singleplayer campaign mode and the multiplayer arena mode? The former you're the hero in the spotlight and the latter you're only a masked grunt against other players. In Titanfall, AI takes the place of the masked grunt and the players are the elite unit that the AI troops look upon. The lines like 'These pilots are the best of the best, watch and learn guys' may be small details that people would look past after a couple matches. But IMO they're a nice boost of morale to players and they bring immersion (perhaps cheaply) into the multiplayer gameplay, making each matches feel like a mini-campaign that is actually taking place in the game's universe (I would like to add the evac gameplay into this point too but I've never made it to the evac point so far so I don't know what it does :v:) I'm not part of the hype train before the game came out but yet I've never sounded so much like a fanboy until now, please rate me dumb. I guess Titanfall hits all of my game fetishes

So there's a burn card that gives you permanent stealth, aside from your usual tactical ability. I got it. Survived up until my team lost. Killed 3 Titans in a row via Rodeo. Managed to run out of SMG ammo. Ultimately I died when some dude fired an Archer rocket at a teammate's Titan, hit a Specter instead, and the splash damage killed me. Hooray.

Personally I think the crazy download speeds are an illusion. Theres something we're not seeing because that just doesn't seem plausible at all. Also, is the Stryder gonna be a burn card always? Because I would [I]love[/I] to have it permanently.

After a few games I don't find the titan combat very fun, but the high-mobility pilot combat is pretty sweet, and I just wish people didn't die so fast. It would make for some very interesting fights.

Titanfall's not the only game that does that on Origin, BF3 was also a lot like that from what I remember. Fake or not, the game's still on the computer, I can and could play it right after it stops downloading, so fine by me. 2. Yeah, you will be able to choose your Titan's Chassis in the full game.

Guys, Origin shows the UNCOMPRESSED data download speed, not the raw (compressed data) download speed. It's like those games on Steam that have a size of 6GB but when you install it they take 10GB. Well on Steam it's because they show the true "raw" download speed.

Why is this game so god damn unstable for me? Most of the time it just freezes and disconnects from the server when loading a map, and when I actually get into the game it runs at well over 60fps, but freezes every 3 seconds, making it unplayable.

Anyone got any working discount codes for Titanfall pre-order? For US residents that is. Europe has it good. :v:

Ok this game is awesome, but it makes my computer stutter like a bitch
