Stuff like controls still wouldn't work. In the normal Aperture Robot Repair demo you can use the drawer and pull the level etc. That stuff doesn't seem to work in the performance test.

Something I've never seen/noticed before, at 2:30 Glados's eye thingy has a seemingly random pattern of dead pixels.

Hmmm... Interesting, manifest id "1213373041379618053" downloaded fine, it didn't 404 at anytime, and it seems to be complete

Yeah same that one worked completely fine.
So is there any way to download the original content with DepotDownloader? Even if I manage to get it to login, it just spams with errors telling me it couldn't find servers with chunks.

They're probably (currently only internal) AppIDs to the generic Source 2 SDK which isn't published on Steam yet, hence why you found nothing on SteamDB.
