That's what concept art are for. Artists pump them out by the dozens daily, and only a small fraction of those will get a chance to be made in engine. Then, from that fraction, most will be cut. What remains - the final game.

Valve wanted Half Life 1 to be scary to teens. So they decided to put a lot of uncomfortable sexual things on purpose. Shame that they scrapped the whole concept.

whenever i try to start the game after activating a mod, i get an error among the lines of "could not find library (c:\sierra\halflife\valve/client.dll")
anyone know how to fix this?

What version of retail HL1 (WON vs. Steam. If WON, what version specifically? 1.0.0.5, 1.1.1.0, etc.)? Also, what mod? Depending on how old it is, it might require certain patches be installed or may not be properly compatible with the last WON HL1 patch (1.1.1.0). Looking through my retail HL1 install (1.1.1.0) it looks like client.dll is supposed to be under C:\SIERRA\halflife\valve\cl_dlls\. You could copy it to where the mod expects it to be, but I somehow doubt that will really solve the problem. My initial guess is that the mod's "liblist.gam" file is screwed up for some reason. This file is located in the mods main directory. You can open this and edit it with any text editor. Here's a picture of the contents of They Hunger's liblist.gam:

Note that "hlversion" is the minimum version needed to run the mod (1.1.0.0 in this case). "gamedll" tells the mod where to look for its specific .dll file within the mod's folder. If the mod doesn't use a specific or custom .dll file then it should point to something like "valve\dlls\hl.dll". Also, if "cldll" isn't set to "1", or does not exist in the mods liblist.gam file, try adding that line yourself and see if that works.
This all assumes that the liblist.gam is screwy. It could easily be something else.

MP7 needs an actual stock at the back and the foregrip needs to be lengthened. Back part needs to be even with the rest of the gun. Front end of the AR2 doesn't quite right, top barrel should be higher.
