Someone should try to get a server going. I liked Blockland but the community is complete shite, and I kept getting kicked from servers just because I had an ID over 20,000. It doesn't matter when I bought the game, you elitist pricks.

I went to a server and built a strip club. Everyone started calling me gay, then I got perma banned from the server.
Just like with gmod and Minecraft: Take a wrong turn, and you're in a server ran by bratty 10 year olds. Go the right way, it's fun as hell.
I remember playing Return to Blockland. Sadly there were little to no build servers.

I reinstalled this 2 days ago. I still have fun messing around in family roleplay servers. Mostly putting blocks in front of badly made houses and editing their events to screw the hell out of the person in there.
I used to play city RPs religiously. I mean, yes, they ARE in fact just DarkRP but made of blocks, but it was hella fun while it lasted.
Lol Blockland forums is fueled by people mainly of the age of 12 to 14. also, internet memes are EVERYWHERE. I lurk there sometimes just to get a DAMN good laugh at what shit goes on in the off-topic forum.
The community is pretty bad sometimes, but the people can be pretty nice on occasion, plus there's a lot of good servers and basic eventing is really easy unlike gmod/roblox/minecraft where you need to learn lua/wire/redstone to make really cool things. I might try and get my server back up to let people build their own stuff.

I liked blockland. I just went back to Roblox for like an hour for nostalgia's sake. I remember when Roblox's community wasn't such a massive pile of shit. Those were the good days of Are92 and Gusmanak, and folks of similar talent.

Just stay away from the community. The admin is a right prick too, but I can imagine that dealing with all the kiddies would piss me off too, its easier just to act like a prick to everyone until they prove they're not a retard.
