Also, I used tone_warehouse in my map [url=http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=124240579]rp_industrial17[/url] in the long elevator ride to the prison.
I personally think the hydra could've worked out. All you would need to do to defeat it is pull out the nucleus with the gravity gun, and shoot it. it would've been like the Morpha boss fight in ocarina of time.
It could have worked out, but they didn't have time to work it out.

It was in the E3 demo, but I never heard it on retail Ravenholm.
Hey guys im pretty sure I have the 3 below models on my harddrive some where if your interested I could dig them up? years ago I was heavily into the hl2 beta community and I did manage to grab some rare things along the way which im glad ive held onto if its now unavailable. Just let me know if you dont have these cause ill track them down.

The metrocop/barney skins are in the leak and iirc the Gman skin is just a slightly different suit.

Just finished reading through the thread. So much wrong information is posted here its ridiculous.
For those saying we've lost shit in harddrive crashes. Our data is all backed up on an external SVN host. We'd have everything there, plus I've got everything on my desktop and my external backup (CrashPlan).
We're not deliberately hoarding this content. We aren't releasing something we aren't satisfied with, and history has shown us that people will steal our content and claim its their own. We got tired of that.

I'm sorry, but it really doesn't look much like the original. Is lacking key features like the trolly and the roads length. Also the lighting looks more dark than polluted.

As the one who made those "hoarding content claims" I will say that I was not referring to the MI team, you people do good work.
I was referring to the actions of the long dead Team GabeN.
I'm still a bit ticked that we never got that insane beta patch we were promised, and I still hold to the idea that when the project was canceled it should have been released in it's current state and left up to the community to finish the job.
The showing off of the content, taking ages and ages to make it, then never hearing from anyone again only to later found out everyone just gave up or something made me feel toyed with.
Also, are you guys still going to call it "Bingo Mod"?
If so, please don't.

I think you need to assign some better fitting textures before you convert them to mdl.

Bingo Mod. We've decided that the mod directory is BingoMod \SourceMods\BingoMod\ that's it. It makes the most sense in relation to our current release model (plus we wanted to use the Bingo Mod name somewhere :P).
As for the GabeN patch. I honestly don't remember what happened. I think we got bored with it. We had a stable engine that'd rarely crash. I got all the maps (vmfs) from Team GabeN on our SVN and I'm looking into restoring them for MI.
Regarding AGNMI. Please don't think we ever took any of that serious. It used to be a really good motivation. The flames kept us working but it slowly stopped and that's kinda of a shame (what?). We did have fun gathering as much personal information as possible about a lot of the members including a few Facebook profiles and e-mails. There was one Paypal account as well.
Axel Gembe used to hang out in our IRC channel and hooked us up with a few exclusive files from around that time.

Actually I agree. The sun angle is stupid as well and I'm surprised nobody commented on that yet. I think I've got an older version with the tram in, and I've thought about bringing it back, and moving the Combine Wall somewhere else (again not a 100% recreation :) )

That's how I recall it anyway. Last I remember us working on was implementing a better flashlight compared to what the leak offered out of the box.
We fixed/updated:
- Hammer features (similar to retail with auto groups and such)
- Loading of shared models (by far the most stable implementation seen outside Valve)
- Fixed all known bugs
- Converted all old maps (those that are unreadable by the engine that "shipped" with the leak)
- Converted all old readable models (I think the Houndeye is the only model that we couldn't do anything about).
- Fixed the old pre-Steam tracker
- Multiplayer + Serverbrowser + Master Server
- Fully playable version of Counter-Strike: Source
- Stable build of Team Fortress 2: Invasion with some bug fixes
There's probably more but this is what I remember.
I recently started working on a clean copy of the leak code and the plan is/was to release a binary patch at some point but I'm programming on my desktop using remote desktop and it crashes on my laptop which I haven't bothered looking into yet (I'm suspecting a memory problem again).
