• Half-life 2 Cut Content - Is it me or dose the cut content look better than what we got?

Just some leak related stuff to throw out there. Is there any soldier armour vest rebel models out there? Also MI needs supply rebels, who give you a full extra magazine worth of ammo for whatever gun your using every 5 minutes, and sometimes a battery.

What stretching on the pants? The UVs aren't out of proportions as far as I can tell.

It would be awesome if someone revived that (or made a proper HL2 Cut Content thread with a good OP with resources and stuff like that).

If memory serves me correctly, there was also a map of the Hazard Course that looked like these shown above but time-worn, rusted and cracked. Maybe there was a scene in the hallway that switched both looks erratically as you walked down? Would be neat to toy with.

Ive been porting some NPC models straight from the Beta... and the one NPC that boggles my mind is the Hydra... When I check it with the v37 model viewer, its just an erect wireframe tentacle. Whats going on?
If I recall correctly, the game's code handles its movement.

Gabe mentioned a (long) while back, they want the next HL installment to be scarier. Imagine playing the Hazard course sequence with a VR headset and high-quality earphones. Jesus, that'd be intense.
