I'm not really that old, unlike you guys, I was born on 1993. So, I only started on the PS1 era. Anyway, I just got this today for $7.00, YES, it's brand-new, factory sealed. I don't know if I should open it, or not. Answer me. And, it's $400 on eBay.
Console and Problem part shots: I realize I need to dust them. It's been a while, leave me alone. :saddowns:
Hm, there may be a part somewhere which could replace the borked bit but I can't immediately find anything. Keep it closed, and either put it on a shelf or have it framed and hang it on your wall.
Keep it closed, and either put it on a shelf or have it framed and hang it on your wall.
Agree on framing it.
If I were you I'd put it on a stone stand in front of the games I have.
Have the room dimly lit by candles at all times, force any children you may have in the future to worship it.
And a speaker whispering "Insomniac is awesome and so is Spyro" in the background.
So I fixed the CD Holder on my Saturn today using some... bathroom science of sorts. But it seems like my laser's motor is borked... Son of a fucking bitch, am I pissed... I could potentially buy a motor from a hardware store and manually replace it... But it's gonna be a ton of work. Agree/Disagree?

Only with the 4MB RAM cart.
Aw man, I used to have a SNES (european version, with the round cartridges) with SMB all-stars, and an N64 with assorted games too. Sold them ages ago to get an XBOX 360, that proved to be a giant mistake as it bored me so much I had to sell it. :(
Does that run crysis on high
Doesn't support AA though... :c
So after 2 and a bit weeks of waiting and watching that small pile of stuff that came within a few days I received my Spectrum in the post aaaaand it doesn't work properly, about 5 keys actually work and apparently delete is now 0. You cannot fathom how irritated I am right now.

This is why everything should have a "Restore to Factory Settings" option. :c

Bump with good news, I woke up feeling like death and found all of this stuff had come 2-3 days earlier than expected  Hopefully it works, I swear to god if there's a repeat of the Spectrum incident... It does, Nights is awesome :D
Double post bump weee Not going to lie, I would do many things I'm not willing to go into to acquire this Dreamcast... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sakura-Wars-Dreamcast-Sakura-Taisen-Dreamcast-NEW-/310347944454?pt=UK_VideoGames_VideoGameConsoles_VideoGameConsoles&hash=item48422dd206
Splurged $200 on Ikea shelving for all over the house which enabled me to finally unpack my systems. You can select ANY game console by the three switch boxes and an ethernet switch is also on-site so your ready to network as well. Yes, that is also a Famicom with an FDS in the lower corner. One for the PS2's also have the Sony Hard Drive option. I'm trying to get PS2 Linux to work on it. Biggest annoyance however is I ahve to make extension cords for everything. The couch is ten feet away. :v:
I've still got my Gamecube and N64. Metroid Prime and Ocarina of Time all day 'erry day.

Got my Spectrum refunded but got to keep it anyway as the seller was clearing stuff out I think, managed to buy the 'Darth Vader' Atari 2600 with Pacman, Dig Dug and Space Invaders for just shy of £40 using the money
Do you have a lightgun to go with Time Crisis? Because that shit was BALLER
Yeah, I have all three G-cons for all three Playstation Systems respectively, I had a lightgun which had a small plastic pedal just like the actual mechanics of the arcade version of Time Crisis.
